Maximus is a waterbased lube that is for vaginal and anal sex. It can be used with toys of all materials. Whether you have a hard time creating your own natural lubricant, you want a masturbating lube, or you just need a slick lube for anal sex, this one does the trick. Its handy pump makes it a convenience on a bedside table. There's no issue with screw off lids. Just simply pump and you're ready to go!
This lubricant doesn't have a great taste, so I would advise to wipe off the product if you are giving oral to your partner. That is the only downside that I can come up with.

Maxmius doesn’t have many ingredients, but this does contain parabens. Those who are au natural will want to stay away from these ingredients. Maximus contains:
Highly Purified Water, Propylene Glycol Cellulose Polymer, Di Sodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methyl Paraben, Butyl Paraben, Ethyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben.

The consistency of this lube blows all others out of the water. It is much like a jelly, however not sticky at all. It does not ball up during intercourse. One small pump will last you a long lengthy session of sex. (Always remember to use alot of lube for anal sex!) Where it is slick, it is not greasy. I have had no worries about it leaving odd stains on bedsheets. This would also make a wonderful lube for male masturbation as it is so slick without taking away sensation.
Another thing I love about the texture of Maximus is that it feels like it is moisturizing while it is lubricating. Although you feel it there, you feel it working like your own bodys natural lubricant would be.

I have not noticed any odor of Maximus. It does, however, have a chemical taste which I would advise wiping off your partner before any oral takes place. I think most would find traces of this lube to be too foul to put in your mouth.

If you're looking for a lube that lasts, it is Maximus. I found that it is not necessary to reapply during vaginal sex. For anal sex, it does an outstanding job. I am sensitive to many lubricants and this could go and go without irritating me in any way. After sex, I am not left with any sticky or pilled up residue of Maximus. I always make sure to wash off lubricant, but if for some reason you fall asleep before you have that chance, you are not left to wake up to a grimey feeling mess!

The 8.5oz bottle will last you a very long time. One bottle has lasted for me over 5 months. It is not necessarily an obvious bottle of lube, so leaving it out will raise no eyebrows unless the bottle is read carefully. It is a simple but attractive clear bottle with a depiction of an Egyptian style jar.

Maximus is by far the best lubricant you can find for this price. It performs well, it lasts long, and has a generous supply with a pump top. It is definitely worth trying out, and you will not be disappointed!
