Use

This is my first corset that I've bought. The Fully Boned Lace and Satin Corset by Coquette is yet another piece of fine lingerie. Wear this in the bedroom for your partner, or out to a club with a pair of jeans. This piece you can dress up or down, it would look great either way. With it being a corset, it does wonders for your figure. It holds everything in, and covers any tummy flaws. This would be perfect for any special occasion, whether it be Christmas, Valentine's Day, anniversary, or just any other day.

Material / Texture / Design / Shape / Size

The label on the babydoll says it's made of 100% Polyester and made in China. It also includes the washing instructions on the tag as well. The polyester portion of the corset is the whole inside lining that is black in color. The outside of the corset is red satin, with black flower lace on top. There's black stripes that hold the plastic boning all the way around the corset. There's 14 in total when it comes to the boning, which leaves 16 panels of satin and lace. The front contains the hook and eye closures, there's 14 in total, and there's only one row for them to clip onto. There's black satin fabric panel under the hooks, to prevent any skin from showing. It's not like a bra where you have two or three different clasp rows to select from, there's only one row. The front measures roughly 16.5" in length (1X/2X).



The top of the corset in the front, is raised and rounded to help cover your breasts. The bottom has a couple of scalloped points, where there's small loops to attach the garter straps. There are 4 points with loops, and two additional spots at the back with loops for extra garter support.



The back of the corset contains a super long black shoelace-ribbon, in which you can tie to any tightness you desire. Here there are 14 shoelace holes when it comes to length, 28 when you count the two sides. The back measures roughly 14" in length.




All the straps that are included, whether it's garter straps or shoulder straps, are all adjustable. You can wear the corset with shoulder straps for extra support, or go without. Same with the garter straps, you can wear it with your favorite thigh-highs, or wear the corset with a skirt or pants. The shoulder strap placement is a little annoying, since it falls right under the armpit region.



Care and Maintenance

With the nature of this corset you would want to hand wash it in cool water. You would want to use a mild soap, I personally like the brand Zero. Do not put this in the washing machine or dryer, as it will get damaged. You will want to hang the corset to dry, so it doesn't lose it's shape.

Packaging

This item came on a satin hanger that had a ribbon with "Coquette" printed on it. The hanger is black in color, and has a little metal button on both ends. This is so it can hold the corset by the satin strips without it falling off.



Everything came wrapped in clear plastic and was sealed. There were two small ziplock bags, one with the garter straps (4), the other with the optional corset straps (2), and the original cardboard Coquette product tag pinned to the lingerie. The product tag had photos of a model wearing the lingerie, both front and back view. On the inside it showed the same corset, but in all white. I don't believe Eden Fantasys carries it in white. On the label it had the washing instructions stating to hand wash the item. The washing instructions are little pictures, one is a washing machine with an "X" through it. Excellent presentation when it comes to the packaging.

I'm in love with my first corset. I'm a plus size women, and I was glad to see that Coquette actually offered bigger sizes. With my tummy being the problem area, this lingerie is perfect for hiding that region. This feels wonderful against my skin, and the corset is wearable inside and outside of the bedroom. This isn't just a piece of lingerie that you would model for your partner, this is something that you can actually wear out. I personally like to wear the corset without a bra, as I find that there's enough support.

I feel like I lost a whole dress size when I wear this item. I feel like a princess, and feel super sexy while wearing the corset. It looks hot with jeans, for a night on the town. You will get nothing but compliments.

I love the way this makes me look when I wear this corset. It pushes up my breasts and makes them look bigger, and makes my waist look smaller. This does wonders for my plus size figure. I love wearing this with jeans and adding a dressy cardigan for a night on the town. This is by far one of my favorite pieces of lingerie/corsets.
