This chemise is really pretty, and fits nicely. Unfortunately, the designs makes it a little uncomfortable under the arms and around the straps. The fabric is fairly soft and comfortable, with the exceptions I previously noted. Maybe if the fabric were cut a little lower under the arms, with the straps in a little closer to the neck, it would be more comfortable.

While I am usually uneasy with lingerie, as I feel that it shows off my curves too much (I am about a size 7, however I used to be a 0 so I am uncomfortable with how I look most the time), I feel that this piece actually looks nice on me. The microfiber fabric and black color are most likely two big reasons that I find this chemise to look better on me than several others I have tried. The microfiber is relatively easy to clean, though it should be hand washed. If you are lucky enough to have a washing machine that has a super gentle cycle you might be able to wash it that way, in a mesh lingerie bag. I like that the under-wire gives additional support, as I often feel that lingerie has no support. This still is not as supportive as my bras are, but it is sufficient for seduction or sleeping. I also like that the straps are adjustable, which allows you to make it fit even better.

I still have not gotten the chance to see what my husband thinks of it, as I'm saving it for a special occasion, however I will post a follow up with that information at another time. This chemise could easily be worn during sex, though if you like nipple stimulation that might be a little more challenging through the padded cups. You could also sleep in it once you have finished having fun if you wanted to. I would be careful, however, with the bow and the laces on the front, as I would be concerned that sleeping in it for too long or too often, or even not being careful enough while washing it, could damage those areas of the chemise.

This item came with a nice padded hanger, however it was only covered in a clear plastic bag with an adhesive seal. I still think it would make a nice gift; just be ready to buy your own box for it. The hanger works nicely for storing it in the closet, too.
