I don't know whether or not to recommend this massager. It works well and is well designed however I cannot be sure that the adhesive wont be faulty on more than just my massager. For the price it is offered at it may be worth the gamble especially considering the head could be glued back on if there is a problem.

Pros
Waterproof, Comfortable and lightweight, Strong Vibration, Multispeed
This is fantastic introductory massager; powerful yet not overwhelming, easy to use, waterproof and body safe. Though it was designed mainly to stimulate the clitoris and vulva, it can be used to stimulate any exterior erogenous zone as well as to sooth aching muscles. Because of the noise level of this massager you will likely want some background noise if you are going to use it.
The Wanachi Mini consists of a hard plastic body, a flexible plastic neck and a firm silicone head. The wand does not have any noticeable smell to it, even right out of the box. The head is a smooth, shiny silicone which is easier on lube than the matte silicone is; it will become quite slick with only a pea sized amount of a water based lube. There is a seam about halfway down the head, as well as some circular wrinkling on the very top of the head; neither of these can be felt during use.
The design of the Wanachi Mini is very basic. The head is slightly tapered, has rounded edges and is a nice glossy silicone. The neck is a soft rubbery plastic and the handle is trying very hard to be ergonomic and doing a half decent job of it. The power is controlled by a dial base and there is an O ring in the battery compartment making this a waterproof massager. It is comfortable to hold, lightweight and the head is a great size for positioning in multiple areas.
This massager does not have multiple vibration patterns or anything like that, it has one solid vibration, that adjusts from a low buzz, to a powerful high pitched buzzing. The control for this is a rotating dial base which is not marked but will stop rotating at the off and high positions. The massager is fairly loud so unless you have a tv or music turned on and at a healthy volume, your buzzing won't likely go unnoticed.
I used the massager on my genitals as well as other areas of my body, and I must say it feels quite pleasant on the neck and shoulders. The vibrations are strong enough at the high setting that they are quite penetrating especially on sore and tired muscles. On the genitals the vibration is easily strong enough to bring about an orgasm though it will likely take a few seconds/minutes longer than a more powerful massager would. The vibrations are strong enough that you can feel them throughout the hips and into the lower abdomen as well as the thighs.
I was not able to test the massagers performance in water because the head broke off leaving me with a toy that was less than waterproof to say the least.
To wash this toy simply warm water and wash with a mild soap or toy cleaner and a soft cloth. Make sure that you thoroughly clean the neck area where bacteria is most likely to build up. I am not sure how well the plastic and adhesive will hold up to boiling so I would not recommend it.
Always use a water based lube with this toy as anything else has potential to irreparably damage the silicone.
Storage of this toy is relatively easy, any toy pouch will work as well as toy boxes or even the box the massager came with. Always remember to remove batteries after use to prolong the life of your toys and avoid damage caused by corroded batteries.
The Wanachi Mine comes in a cardboard box bearing the products image and information about it being wireless, multi-speed, waterproof, phthalates free, wireless and whisper quiet (which is a bit of a joke).
There is also a paragraph about it being wonderful for relaxing aching muscles which makes it a bit more discreet if you are giving this as a gift.
There is a pamphlet inside with battery instructions. The entire packaging is recyclable but also works well for storing the massager when not in use.
Unfortunately while I was testing the necks flexibility the head of the massager came off. It seems that it was attached with very little adhesive and as soon as any pressure was put on the area where the neck connected to the body the adhesive just gave. The head of the massager slid back in and stays put well enough most of the time and the massager still works, but the adhesive on mine definitely needs to be replaced. Now I would like to add that had the adhesive not given out on my massager, it would be fantastic. The neck is actually very flexible as long as the head stays attached.
If it were not for this having happened I would be very pleased with this massager.
Until this broke, my experience was good. The powerful vibrations gave me a couple good but not incredible orgasms, both in under 5 minutes. I loved that the vibrations would travel through a larger area of my body and were not entirely localized. I also really enjoyed the feeling of this on my neck and shoulders which become quite stiff by the end of the day.
Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more1 month after original review
I received a replacement Wanachi Mini after contacting Pipedream to tell them that their product was falling apart. My new mini is awesome, has DEFINITELY not broken and I use it all the time. It is by far one of my favorite toys.
Just to illustrate the problems I had with the previous Wanachi (for those of you who might be curious, I have taken some photos.
Hopefully this doesn't happen to anybody else! I would like to reiterate I did NOT have this problem with my replacement product. Which I love.
