Cute and Curvy little Hooka

The Pleasurepillar is sold as a g-spot vibrator. This may or may not work for all women due to its short stature. The motor is in the middle of the vibrator but the vibrations carry well throughout. The 10 vibrations patterns provide lots of variety and should provide at least one or two patterns to satisfy most women. The vibrations range from buzzy to rumbly. It is much louder in the more buzzy patterns. When turned off it restarts at the NEXT vibration pattern - Ugh!

extremely useful review
I have coveted this little vibe for some time. However, I have resisted buying it because I have not had good experiences with Doc Johnson vibes. I found them to be way too buzzy and they were not able to get me there. My husband, tired of hearing of my going back and forth, surprised me with this little vibe.

Design
It is just as cute as on the product page. The mint green color, curved head and bubbly body are visually appealing. When in use there is a circular LED lit ring that flashes in rhythm with the vibrations. The motor is between the gold band and the second bubble. The portion from the handle to the second bubble is not bendable. The top bubble and tip are firm but bendable.
SIDE

This runs on one AA battery that is not included.

Vibrations
There are 10 vibration patterns. The vibrations range from 1 to 4 vrooms. The range in bees is 1 to 4. Some of the patterns are very buzzy while others are mildly rumbly. It took a while to find the pattern that is right for me. The vibrations remain at the same intensity regardless of how much pressure you apply to this little vibe.

One really bad thing is that it will start at the next vibration pattern you turned it off at. This is awful. To get back to your favorite vibe, you must cycle through all the patterns to get back to where you left off.

Packaging
The packaging is wonderful especially for a vibe at this price point. There is an outer sleeve. Once you slide that off, you have a sturdy box what has a magnetic flap. Upon opening you will see a photo of the complete wonderland vibrator collection. You will also see the Pleasurepillar nestled in a formed holder to prevent it from moving about the box.

Material and Care
The vibe is made from plastic (handle) and silicone (remainder of vibe). The silicone is extremely soft and silky. There is not much drag and it does not attract lint like many other silicone toys. EF rates plastic as an 8 out of 10. EF rates silicone as a 10 out of 10. This means that it is non-porous, hypoallergenic and easy to share as long as it is properly cleaned. If sharing or moving between orifices, you will need to thoroughly clean with a 10% bleach solution. As it is bulbous, you need to spend a bit more time ensuring this is thoroughly cleaned. Remember to avoid silicone lubes.

The Pleasurepillar is definitely watertight. There is a o-ring and a slide and twist design to the battery compartment. I would feel confident using this in the tub.
Experience
I really like the look and feel of this vibrator. There was a lot of thought put into the design, material and packaging. This would be a wonderful gift. There are a few patterns that have some rumble to them, however it does lean to the buzzy side. The most annoying thing is that when it is turned off then back on it skips to the next level of vibration. Since there are only one or two vibrations that are rumbly enough for me, I have to cycle through all the others to get to what I want. Why have a memory that does not remember where you were? I took one point off for this huge annoyance.

It is a great beginner toy or an addition to a collection. Most experienced users will want something with a bit more rumble. The noise level for the more buzzy settings is rather loud so I would not recommend this if you need a quiet toy. Since you cannot leave it on one of the quieter settings, you will always have to cycle through the louder ones.
Follow-up commentary
I still enjoy this small vibe for clitoral and nipple stimulation. The curved head and strong vibrations at the tip allows for great pin point stimulation. The silicone is great quality and attracts very little lint. It is smooth and does not have drag. The toy has flexibility but is still firm enough to hit the right spots firmly. When pressure is applied it does not lose strength. The patterns range from buzzy to mildly rumbly which works well for me.

It is a good warm up toy for vaginal stimulation but will be a bit short to hit many g-spots. If you like a thinner toy and have a shallow g-spot this will be a good choice.
