I think maybe our expectations were too high. It wasn't bad. The material quality was very good. The silicone was slick, and the band was firm yet flexible. This made it easier putting it on the spots we wanted it to be on. While initially resting the toy on the spots we wanted was easy, getting it to stay in place during sex wasn't always easy.

We liked the vibrations, although she thought they could have been a little stronger. I've had some couples vibrators that numbed my penis after a while, causing me to loose my erection. This one didn't do that, but she didn't think the vibrations were strong enough for her. The vibrations also aren't very loud. A little too loud to take out in public, but fine if you are just using it in the bedroom.
The battery also lasts a long time. When she started using it as her go to solo toy, the battery lasted so long, she actually forgot it had to be charged. When it stopped "working," she thought it was broken until I asked her when the last time she charged it was.

However, therein lies the rub. After a few uses, you realize it works better as a solo toy than a couples toy. And it works great for that. However, in terms of couples, we prefer the Lelo couples toy. We wanted something that was more interactive, or gets both couples involved. With its hand motion controller, and its ability to be used in public, the Lelo is a better "couples" toy. If the We-Vibe III was just a little bit cheaper in price, it would be a great value. But as it is priced now, and compared to other products on the market, the We-Vibe III isn't the best couples toy out there.
