FiFi - luxury rabbit vibrator discontinued by Je Joue - review by CuriousFun

In the relatively short time that I've been browsing, trying, and reviewing sex toys, I've often been intrigued by rabbits with two-pronged, dual-motored clitoral stimulators but somehow just never got around to actually trying one. When the FiFi by Je Joue popped up on Eden, I couldn't pass up the chance to review a rabbit of this design by a luxury brand I hadn't sampled yet!

FiFi arrived early in the morning along with several other purchases in Eden's usual nondescript brown shipping box. The sender is listed as the intentionally vague "Web Merchants Inc." (which is also what will appear on your credit card statement), so those with privacy concerns can rest easy. Because of the pandemic, I happened to be working from home that day, which gave me the chance to cut open the box and check out my newest goodies right when they arrived. Inside this brown shipping box and nestled in brown paper, the FiFi was contained inside some of the most beautiful sex toy packaging I've ever encountered. I carefully removed the shrink wrap from a gorgeous magenta and black outer box, which says "Je Joue" on the top. On the sides of the box, in repeats the name of the company and includes the name of the toy ("FiFi") and the words "elegant rabbit vibrator" in small text. Even the outer box is pretty discreet. Someone would have to be looking at it pretty closely to be able to read the words "rabbit vibrator," and the box itself is so classy that it almost looks like a larger version of the sort of box that would normally contain something like expensive jewelry. This outer box opens up and contains inside of it a smaller black box that only has the words "Je Joue" on the top, with no other writing or artwork, so the inner box would be totally discreet for storage or gifting. I lifted the lid off the inner box and found the FiFi inside a tightly-fitting compartment. On one end of the box, there's a smaller compartment with a little lid with a satin pull-tab, which contains the magnetic charger and some printed literature with Je Joue's product catalog and some instructions and safety information for the FiFi itself.

I picked up the FiFi and was initially a little surprised by how compact and lightweight it was. It was somehow a little smaller than I'd expected (though I like small toys, so I wasn't at all disappointed by its size), and it's probably one of the lightest toys I've ever picked up. It has a very chic, modern look that I found very appealing. The black silicone covering it was smooth and seamless and had a slightly matte, satiny-feeling finish to it that produced very little drag as I ran my fingers over it. I noticed that unlike most of my other rabbits, the shaft was completely rigid and had no flexibility to it at all. I also noticed that the two little clitoral stimulators were quite rigid as well. They had a little bit of flexibility, but not much. This concerned me a little, as I have another luxury toy (the Ina Wave by Lelo) that has a rather rigid clitoral stimulator, and I find that it becomes somewhat uncomfortable for me after a while. I hoped that wouldn't end up being the case with the FiFi. I was also a little concerned about it fitting my anatomy. Since it doesn't have much flexibility anywhere, I was worried it wouldn't be as adjustable as some of my other rabbits. On the other hand, the rigid shaft meant that it would potentially be able to apply more firm and steady G-spot pressure, which could be a good thing.

Next, I turned my attention to the toy's functions. The FiFi has three small black buttons set into a little silver bar on the bottom of the toy. The middle button, with a squiggly line, is used to surf through the various vibration patterns, and the buttons to the left and right of it have plus and minus signs, and control the intensity of the vibrations. I LOVE when toys have adjustable intensity like this, so I was very pleased and excited by that feature. It took me a minute to figure out how to turn the toy on (I could have looked at the instructions, but I'm so used to toys not having instructions that it didn't even occur to me at the moment), but I eventually figured out that you turn the toy on by holding down the plus button for a second or two, and you turn the toy off by holding down the minus button for a second or two. When I got the toy turned on and started cycling through its functions, I noticed that it didn't have a setting that was just steady vibrations. Instead, it has quickly-pulsating vibrations in an array of patterns (including one setting that's just steady quick pulses). The vibrations are VERY deep and penetrating, and I knew from experience that with those deeper vibrations, my body actually seems to prefer the quick pulses to steady vibes, so personally, I was very pleased with this discovery. That said, I realise that this feature might be disappointing for some who need/prefer steady vibes. The toy has seven different patterns to choose from in all (including an option that has just the shaft vibrating and another that has just clitoral stimulator vibrating; the rest of the settings involve both the shaft and clitoral stimulators, sometimes pulsating in sync and sometimes not), and I counted five different intensities that you can adjust to with each pattern. The lowest intensity setting is pretty gentle, while the strongest is very powerful, so the FiFi should be able to satisfy most people's power preferences. Its highest intensity isn't as strong as, say the Magic Force or another full-sized wand, but it's definitely among the most powerful rabbits in my collection. Size-wise, the FiFi is about average for rabbits. It has a circumference of roughly 4 1/2 inches at the widest point of the shaft. It *technically* has a maximum insertable length of about 5 inches, but because of the inflexibility of the clitoral stimulators, I doubt that full 5 inches will be insertable for everyone. (After trying it for the first time, I found that I could insert about 4-4 1/2 inches.)

Despite being a little concerned about the overall stiffness of the toy, I was still very excited to give FiFi a try!

As always, I started out by first plugging my new toy in until it was fully charged, then took it off to the bathroom sink for a quick wash. Since FiFi is covered in silicone and waterproof, it's very easy to clean and care for. You can wash it with either toy cleaner or mild soap and rinse with warm water. Because FiFi contains electronic parts, you cannot boil it or put it through the dishwasher, but if you need to sterilise it, you can do so by washing it with either a 5-10% bleach solution or rubbing alcohol and then rinsing it thoroughly. Silicone is hypoallergenic, non-porous, and free from latex and phthalates. It's one of the safest sex toy materials available (and one of my personal favourites) and scores a 10/10 on Eden's safety scale. Because FiFi is fully waterproof, you can wash it easily under the tap worry-free and can also use it in the bath, shower, pool, or any other wet environment.

Once my new toy was charged and clean, I took it back to my bedroom to give it a try. I put down a towel on my bed and started out using Cara, which is a small wearable vibe that I've found works great for foreplay purposes. I lubed up the small shaft on Cara, turned it on, and popped it in, and turned it onto its first and lowest setting. I lay back on a pile of pillows and used Cara's remote to surf through its various settings for a few minutes, allowing its dual motors to work their magic until I was feeling very aroused and wet. Once I was feeling ready for something a little more substantial in my pussy, I pulled out Cara and grabbed FiFi. I added a tiny bit of water-based lube to the head of the shaft (as FiFi is made from silicone, you should stick to water-based lube and avoid oil and silicone-based products) and turned it on to its first setting, which is a steady, quick pulsation in both the shaft and clitoral arms. I used the head of the FiFi on my clit and labia for a few minutes, enjoying the contrast of FiFi's deep and penetrating pulses from Cara's lighter and more buzzy vibes. Eventually, I slid the bulged shaft into my vagina, and it slid in easily and comfortably. I pushed it in until the clitoral arms prevented me from inserting it any further, and somewhat to my surprise, the clitoral stimulators were immediately positioned perfectly on either side of my clitoris and were delivering heavenly-feeling pulses to precisely the right spots. The shaft rested easily against my G-spot and felt incredible. I found that while the inflexibility of the clitoral arms did prevent me from inserting the full length of the shaft, they were not at all uncomfortable as I'd feared they might be. Everything instantly hit exactly the right spots, and it all felt AMAZING. I was somewhat surprised by how much I enjoyed all the patterns. For the most part, I prefer either steady vibrations or steady fast pulses, but something about the quality of the vibrations on the FiFi made me really enjoy all the patterns. Going through them in order served to steadily ramp up my arousal, and as my arousal increased, I was able to increase the intensity of the pulsating vibrations. Eventually, I found myself back at the first setting, which is quick and steady pulses in all three motors in sync, this time at a relatively high intensity (although I never got to the highest intensity on my first date). This would normally be the point when I would start thrusting the toy to bring myself over the finish line, but I quickly discovered that the design and inflexibility of the FiFi really don't lend itself well to thrusting. After a brief moment of frustration, I discovered that if I used more of a rocking motion instead, the FiFi rubbed my clit and G-spot in the most delightful way, and after a few moments of frantic rocking, I enjoyed an incredibly intense and satisfying orgasm. It took me a few minutes to recover, and even 20-ish minutes or so later, when I was washing off my toys in the bathroom sink, my legs were still a little wobbly, haha.

I continue to be absolutely blown away by FiFi. It amazes me how such a relatively simple design that doesn't really LOOK that different from an average rabbit can provide an experience that is so unique from all my other toys. The quality of the vibrations, the quickly-pulsating patterns, and the way the dual-motored clitoral stimulator delivers deep, penetrating pulses to both sides of the clitoris while the bulged shaft throbs against the G-spot make for sensations unlike anything else I've tried. The orgasms this toy gives me are out-of-this-world incredible. It also works beautifully has an external stimulator, by rubbing the head of the shaft against your clit and any other erogenous zone. This is really the first toy I've gotten from a "luxury brand" that I feel is truly worth the list price. It's a beautifully-designed toy that functions exactly as a quality sex toy should. With its compact size, it would also be a great toy to travel with, as its small and lightweight design could be easily concealed in your luggage (and with how lightweight it is, you could even take it backpacking!). I really can't say enough good things about this toy. I absolutely love it, and I'm so happy to have it in my collection!

All that being said, there is a small caveat: FiFi may not work with everyone's anatomy. That's true for most rabbits, but I feel it's especially true of FiFi. I have relatively petite genitals, and my clitoris is rather close to my vaginal opening. The clitoral arms on the FiFi are rather short, and their inflexible nature makes them even shorter, functionally speaking. If you're one of those people who often find that clitoral stimulators on rabbits are too short to reach your clit, then unfortunately, FiFi may not be the toy for you.

I'd say that the strongest vibrations are in the head of the shaft. They seem ever so slightly stronger than the two clitoral motors, although all three are quite powerful. Some vibrations can be felt in the middle of the shaft (especially on higher intensity settings), and very little vibration can be felt on the handle/base.

My orgasms with the FiFi have been incredibly intense! Definitely 10/10. This toy reliably gives me some of the most intense orgasms of any toy in my collection. Yeah. It's that good.
