Lacking a large base I was not comfortable using this for anal play. It also looks a little to big around for me right now too. Condom use is possible with this toy and if you are using it anally I would recommend it. With the realistic shaping and veining this is my recommendation for a small travel toy or beginner toy that is effective, discrete and attractive. The suction cup base does work on the side of a tub and I found it to be very sturdy when using it to ride hands free.
