Get Ready for a Bumpy Ride!
The Emerald Explorer is a beautiful color and has a wonderful bumpy texture that feels great at high speeds, however the possibility of bruising is a definite con. The firmness of the toy, squishy sounds, and lack of direct P-spot stimulation are pretty big cons, however, the handle and the fact that any lube can be used with this are wonderful pros. This a wonderful toy, and although it isn't perfect, but it's still worth checking out.

Pros
Color. Handle. Texture. Feels Great at High Speeds. Any Lubes are Safe.
Cons
Hard. May Cause Bruising. No P-Spot Stimulation. Noises.
NOTE: This toy was used anally by a boy.
Packaging/Storage: The Emerald Explorer comes in very simple packaging. It's wrapped in bubble wrap and inside of a very thin red bag. It is 8 1/2 inches tall by 3 inches wide and has a black drawstring. A big setback on the bag is the material it is made of which, unfortunately, has a tendancy to attract a lot of lint.
Look: The Emerald Explorer is an emerald green toy that features 5 balls, all on top of one another with a handle at the base. It is a total of 6 1/2 inches long including the handle, and 4 1/2 inches without. The 5 balls feature only the slightest difference in size. The first three measure in at 3 1/2 inches in circumference, while the last two widen only slightly to 3 3/4 inches in circumference. Connected to the final ball is a large circular handle which, is wider than the balls and, ensures safe anal play.
Feel: The Emerald Explorer is a completely solid, hard and unbendable toy. It is a little cold out of the bag, but if placed under warm water it can be warmed up very quickly. The handle can not stretch and so may or may not fit many of the user's fingers. Internally, the toy feels moderate in size, not being too thick or too thin. Although the toy looks like it would feel like beads, due to the cylindrical ball shapes, it does not. Instead, because all the balls are attached and do not seperate, this feels like a bumpy dildo. Every bump is felt both on the way in and out. It feels pretty good slowly or at a moderate pace but at higher speeds it really feels wonderful. Although I doubt this toy could ever make me cum alone, it is very exciting and gets me feeling ready for more. Of course, due to the hard material, you must be careful when thrusting, or risk bruising yourself. One big disappointment about this toy, is the fact that there is no real way of hitting a P-spot with it or deriving any serious prostate stimulation from this toy at all.
Smell/Taste/Sound: This toy has no smell or taste to it whatsoever, due to its material. And although this toy comes with absolutely no electronic part, that doesn't mean it can't make noise. Due to lube and the small indents between the balls, the Explorer can actually make noise. It creates a lot of squishy sounds which are fortunately, easily covered by music or TV.
Material/Lube/Cleaning: As previously mentioned, the Explorer is made of Borosilicate Glass. Borosilicate Glass is very smooth and nonporous, earning a 10/10 in material safety. This material is much less dense than ordinary glass and thus much less likely to shatter if it breaks. It can also retain temperatures well, making it great for temperature play. Only a little lube is necessary for glass toys for a slippery effect. It can be used with silicone, oil, or water-based lubes safely. For cleaning, simple warm water and soap or a toy cleaner will get the job done well.

This is still a very nice toy. I wish it were made of a different type of material though. The fact that I can't thrust this as hard as I want to is somewhat irritating. Still, it is a toy worth getting.
