All in all, this is a really good plug for any beginner. It is small, pain-free, easy to insert and easy to clean. The ring pull makes it easy to remove and the shape is quite comfortable. An all around beginners treat.

Use

There is really only one use for the Plug of Lust Small and that's putting it in your behind. I know other plugs can be fooled around with a bit, but this one is so small that I doubt it would satisfy. As I have said, it is really small so insertion is easy peesey. Just make sure you keep an eye on it.

It worked well for me and my partner because we are quite inexperienced but if you were getting a bit more involved I imagine it could get lost in there. In fact, I think another reviewer has mentioned this happening to them.

Material / Texture

The plug is a firm silicone material with a smooth texture. I really appreciate the silicone toys because they tend to 'grab' less. The silicone wont stain and is really easy to clean so don't worry about getting this little ball of pleasure dirty.

Silicone is also an extremely safe material so if you worry about harmful chemicals in your toys, then have no fear with the Plug of Lust.

The only criticism, and it is a small one, about the silicone material is that it has a tendency to collect lint and dust and other bits of bedroom flotsam. I suggest wrapping it up in a satin or silk cloth (any cloth will do but, i mean, who doesn't like satin or silk).

Design / Shape / Size

This really is the epitome of small anal toys. It is a small white silicone bulb that will fit right in the palm of your hand. The ergonomic dummy design with a pointed tip tapering to a 1" diameter bulb is pretty comfortable. There is a good-sized lip and a ring pull on the rear for easy removal.

I guess the main thing to emphasise about the design of this toy is that it is really, really small.

Performance

The Plug of Lust is a good performer and doesn't mark or scratch easily. It isn't going to leave you sore for days, but if you are new to a bit of anal play it is a nice way to ease into it before taking on anything too large.

The shape is comfortable in your butt. Doesn't pinch or grab and stays in place when walking about (It's not so big so I probably wouldn't go hiking in the alps, but a quick trip to the store won't dislodge it)

The plug has kept me and my partner pretty happy for the week or two that we have had it, however, I imagine that we will soon outgrow this little beauty. (keep an eye out for a follow-up review, we shall see how it lasts).

Care and Maintenance

The Plug of Lust is 100% silicone!

That means that to clean you can:
boil him in water for 5 minutes.
put him in the dishwasher for a cycle.
wash with some soap and warm water.
soak in a bleach solution.
Or use pretty much any toy cleaning product.

So as you may have guessed the silicone is really easy to clean and there are plenty of options you can choose from. Once you have cleaned the plug, feel free to share with your partner or friends (the more the merrier)

Also, I recommend storing in a cloth or somewhere protected. As I have mentioned these silicone toys are demons for collecting lint and dust.

Experience

I had a lot of fun with this little beauty. My partner and I are quite new to anal play so the size was really good.

I had no problems inserting the plug in my partner and she enjoyed the softness of the Plug of Lust. Particularly we were pleased that this plug had little to no grip and could be moved about or played with a bit without causing any discomfort.

My partner went for a stroll down the street and felt pretty comfortable that it would stay in for an extended walk. She hasn't been comfortable enough that it will stay in to go to work with it in, but we'll try it out and about a bit more and see.
Follow-up commentary
This toy is still great, don't get me wrong. The comfort and ease factor is still high and for beginners, and I still recommend it. But after getting a bit more experience in anal play, I just find it a bit boring. It's not even the size that is the problem, it is just that the shape isn't that exciting and there really isn't that much you can do with it.

So sorry to say that despite being an awesome starter and fun for a little while, this toy has inevitably found it's way into the bottom of the drawer.

Finally, the ring pull looks really hot to begin with but now I just keep envisioning myself pulling it out and my girlfriend deflating like a balloon.
