In my use of the wheel this is how I can best describe how it feels. When applying light pressure the wheel gives a soft tickling sensation. When applying a little firmer pressure it’s a little bit of a prickly sensation with a tickle. I really haven’t had it applied with really hard pressure for a long period of time, but it feels extremely nice with a little bit of a OUCH but you mostly get AHHH's. I probably couldn’t handle it on most areas of my body at that rate. Heavy pressure can leave small temporary marks.

The handle is smooth. In between the handle and the wheel the steel flares out perfectly so that when you have the handle in your hand you have a spot to place your pointer finger so you will have a better grasp and better control when using the wheel. The design especially for the price is nice. When I first got it and took it out of the packaging it squeaked when I would roll it. I dipped it in baby oil and it doesn’t squeak anymore, and it rolls just fine. The wheel has no odors and handles easily.

I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered my wheel because it did look a little intimidating and possibly even painful. My thoughts were a pizza slicer when first looking at it. After receiving my wheel and actually trying it out I was wowed. It tickled me to the point of laughing, and it also gave me chill bumps from the pleasureful sensation I felt. When the wheel is ran across my body my senses come alive, and it is such a turn on. The pleasure is endless from just a massage to all over body stimulation. You can’t boil the entire wheel to sterilize it because of the plastic handle. You can however use some tongs and dip only the steel part of the item in boiling water. You could also soak the wheel part of it in alcohol. Me myself, I just use soap and water. If it starts to squeak again you can dip it in baby oil to stop the squeaking and to keep it well lubricated. Make sure the wheel is dry before you put away.

The wheel was packed in a soft clear baggy. Then packaged into a small box just big enough a size for the black blindfold that came with the wheel and the wheel itself. The box is white with a picture of the on the front. You can store the wheel in the box. There were no directions in any of the packaging.

This is an item that i'd never of thought i'd like because it looked intimidating, but let me tell you there are so many levels of pleasure with this small item.
