The best feature of this toy is that it's multi-purpose and that means it's best suited for whatever hole you've got. Taking this toy anally has been a goal of my partner and I, and it has resulted in us exploring our bodies and doing some anal stretching exercises with each other. I would say the size of this toy is perfect for someone with initial anal experience but shouldn't be the first thing you put in your ass. Stretching with some butt-plugs or a few fingers beforehand should get you ready for it, though.

Material:

Texture:

We bought this toy at first as an anal beginner toy but found it too large to be pleasurable (at first). Don't let that deter you from picking this toy up if you feel you have the drive to prepare yourself for it. The 1.5 inch range is a great anal stimulation size and should leave you feeling open, but not irreversibly so. (It's also the size range of a lot of other great anal toys.)
