EL James is from London and is a mother of two. The Fifty Shades books are her first novels. She had always wanted to write stories that everyone would fall in love with, and I think she did just that.

I know a lot of people do not like the books. I am not too familiar with doms, subs, and bdsm. The first time I really learned much about it is through reading this book. I, too, had to do what Ana was told to do...Google it! The second book takes off right where the first one ends. You will want the second one handy because it will drive you crazy to know what happens next! The story hits a great peek at the end of book one with a fight between Ana and Christain! I was freaking out since I didn't had the second one handy. I thought I would be insane by the second day of not reading. Everyone I have talked to says you can't read just the first one and not want to read the second one.

This is a paper back book. Each book has a picture of something important to the story on the cover. The first one has a grey tie, and the second one has a very elegant mask.

I am totaly addicted to these books. I love the plot and the love story. I have to know what's going to happen! I need to know how this story is going to end! As of now, I have not read the 3rd one yet, but I already know it won't be disappointing. I still recommend this book to anyone who loves to read and is a sucker for a good romance book. The heated sex scenes are just a bonus!

I find myself getting excited when Ana is getting excited. It's like I am part of the book because I am so into them. I feel every emotion Christain or Ana feels, and EL James did such a great job at writing these books. I am so into the story!
