Eden toy and body wipes - wipes discontinued by EdenFantasys - review by Sera26

Use:
The packaging indicates that these wipes can be used on toys or for "external use only". I've been using them off and on since this past summer. My favorite way to use them is to clean my sex toys. I have also used them to clean sweat off of my body and post sex. I'm not crazy about them when used in either of the latter ways. Something causes them to give off an odd smell when they meet my body chemistry. They smell good in the packaging or before they hit my skin but not after.

Material/Texture:
These wipes are soft and feel like most any other wipes that you may purchase. I find them to be in the middle ground when it comes to wetness. They are wetter than some that I've purchased and not as wet as others.



Packaging:
Since you can receive these as a gift with purchase the vibrant packaging lists the edenfantasys web site as well as info on the many services offered on edenfantasys. I think this could be extremely useful for a novice to edenfantasys. The back of the package lets new customers know about earning and redeeming points, posting and reading reviews and videos, the forum and SexIs.

As you can see from the photo above this is a smaller package of wipes than you may be used to. The above is a pack that I've bought previously at a dollar store. It contains 30 wipes. My favorite wipes (not pictured) that I buy regularly at a discount store also sell for $1 per pack of 30. That is why adding these as a free gift with purchase is a fine idea but actually buying them is not a great use of your money. At 10 wipes per pack here for $4.99, that is about .50 per wipe. I usually end up with 30 for $1 when buying them at other stores, which means those cost me about 3 cents per wipe.

Ingredients:
Water, Chlorhexidine, Glycerin, Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients then I would steer clear of this product. I have sensitive skin and do not have an issue with it causing any type of allergic reactions.

My favorite current free gift on EF is the vibrating ring. That is a lot of fun and I would actually pay the full price for one of those. However since I often end up with more of those around than I need I also choose these to have as back up for when I run out of my regular wipes.

As I stated my main issue with these is the smell. They smell great when I take them out of the package. My guess is that this is do to the tea tree oil used in them. However when they hit my skin the odor turns odd. Maybe my skin reacts better to wipes containing alcohol.

They do get the job done though and I find them fine for using to clean toys before putting them away.
