Searching for a great toy cleaner doesn't always seem like such a big deal, but when you become a member of a very active community and a little more than just a connoisseur of toys, it almost seems essential to find the perfect cleaner for that large collection of toys you are building. Not to mention, it is always good to be conscientious of your own safety when using toys. I have been through many toy cleaners but none of them seem to match the utter satisfaction I have when using Climax Bursts Toy Cleaner by Topco Sales.

A lot of toy cleaners have been very thin in the past, making it where I had to use a lot more to feel like I was actually doing any good in the cleaning process. Climax Bursts is very thick making tracking the coverage a lot easier than with my past experiences. The thick gel-like solution covers a large amount without using a lot of your cleaner, and with only needing to leave it on for 30 seconds before rinsing(as per the instructions), cleaning is usually a breeze. It also includes little bursts of moisturizing additives(Vitamin E), which are great for helping to moisturize your own skin and just in general adding to the well-being of your toys in the future. Through-out usage, I have noticed most of the beads actually popping during the application process or while rinsing.

Since the fluid is so thick, getting it out of the bottle is sometimes a challenge, without using too much. I have not quite mastered this yet, but since I usually use more than one toy at a time, it has not been an issue, I just squirt some onto my hand and apply to both toys at the same time. When just cleaning a single toy, I find that caution is needed when squeezing the gel-like substance out of the container.

The scent is great. It reminds me of feminine wipes or maybe a feminine wash in a fresh scent. I enjoy washing with it and have noticed that the smell lingers slightly when used on toys of any porosity.

If you are worried about this product being discreet, I would not recommend it, as the bottle clearly states Climax Bursts and in smaller print Toy Cleaner on the front of it. However, a trick we used with my little brother was just telling him it was used to clean his toys. Works every time.

There are several ingredients involved in this product, but the most important would be the Triciosan, which is the antimicrobal substance that keeps you and your partner safe from germs and makes this product an anti-bacterial cleaner. Warnings with this product are not to use internally(only for your toys, not your body) and of course keep away from the eyes, mouth, and out of the reach of your children. Other inactive ingredients include: Acrylates Copolymer, Ascrobyl Palmitate, Cellulose, Chromium Hydroxide Greens(CI 77288), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Coco-Clucoside, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance(Parfum), Glyceryl Oleate, Hydroxpropyl Methylcellulose, Iron Oxides(CI 77489, 77491, 77492, 77499), Lactose, Mannitol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Polyquaternium-7, Propylene Glycol, SD Alcohol 40, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sullonate, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Lureth Sulfate, Tocopheryl Acetate, and Water(Aqua.) Most of these ingredients sound like scientific rubbish to me. It is important to notate that I have had no reactions to anything listed in the product. However, precaution should always be taken. Chances are, if you are allergic, you will already know. However, if you have doubts, please check these ingredients and be careful when applying and rinsing the product.

This is the best cleaner that I have ever had. Of course, you can always just use an anti-bacterial soap. This cleaner is fragrant and has the bursts of vitamin E that add just the right nourishment to your toys. I love this cleaner and would love even more if I had three or four more bottles lined up to use. I have recommended this cleaner to all of my friends and will continue to do so until I find something better, but I am not sure that is possible.
