The best use for this product is as a chap stick. It prevents chapped lips, and smells good while doing it. I have an obsession with chap sticks, and EOS products by far are my favorite! This was my first EOS product in stick form. I have to say, I like it. Granted though, the flavor is lacking, and when you first put it on it kind of gets a little chunky. Once it is used and warmed up by your lips, it becomes silky smooth, just as EOS always is!

The texture when you first unscrew the chap stick/balm is firm, and it's packed in there. You can see a slight lip that breaks off as you rub it on your lips for the first time.



Here is the eos on my lips. It's a nice light gloss, not much, but you can tell that it is on your lips. Once it's on and warmed up to your body temperature, it's like silk on your lips. There's absolutely no stickiness!

This balm tastes like nothing. Some may like that, some may not. I honestly prefer to taste my chap sticks. I suppose that the lack of taste is good for a change.

The scent is a light vanilla smell. Its not very overpowering, and after you wear it for about five minutes the smell disappears. Again, some might like that, but some might not.

Men might like this since it has a pleasant scent that doesn't overpower you. It also doesn't taste like "fufu girly". (My husbands words)

The first night I wore this, I put it on right before bed. It lasted all night. I woke up, and my lips were still slick. The next day, I took a shower and applied the balm to test how long it would last with regular use on lips. It lasted about 20 minutes with talking and drinking. So, you will have to reapply it often. For chap stick lovers, however, this is great. I can keep applying and trying new chap stick -- keeping my lips feeling silky smooth!

The packaging is like normal EOS packaging, with its clear plastic perforated cover. I failed to take a picture of it before I opened it, but here is an image of the product after I took off the protective coating.



This product is very discreet, and it can be used anywhere without a problem. You could even let your kids use it with them being none the wiser!
