As far as clean up and washing goes, you have to shower directly afterward. If not, you start sticking to yourself. So I definitely recommend a shower after using this product. It's fairly easy to clean off, just use soap. For me the best part of the product is the taste and watching my husband enjoy his tongue bath. The only draw back for me is that the powder is so fine it can cause a dust cloud.
