Astroglide X silicone lubricant - lubricant discontinued by BioFilm - review by subbieforHer

My favorite quality regarding this lubricant is that it is silicone based so I know that it'll already last longer than the usual water-based lubes. My Mistress has me wear a butt plug daily for several hours, and as a result She requires that we have a stash of various lubes available at all times. This wasn't my first experience with using a silicone lube, but it was definitely my first *good* experience using one.

When I first give Astroglide X a try, I had to make sure that I was going to be wearing a butt plug made out of a compatible material. I'm usually wearing a silicone plug throughout the day because silicone is physically the most comfortable material for long-term plug wear (in my experiences). Unfortunately though, putting silicone *lube* onto a silicone *toy* will basically trap the lube onto the toy, as neither water nor soap can do anything to clean it off... it's like nailing Jello to the wall... good luck.

After informing Mistress of the situation, She decided that I'd still be trying out my new lube, but would have to use the one non-silicone toy we owned at the time, a large Red Boy butt plug. That made me nervous since I had only ever been using medium-sized plugs for extended outside wear. Knowing that complaining will never get me anywhere with Mistress, I applied the new lube quite liberally all over the whole thing and inserted it.

Being someone who's allergic to basically everything under the sun, it pleased me to know that Astroglide X did not even irritate the more sensitive parts of my body. Other initial observations; my body was quite welcoming of the larger than usual intruder, even though the Red Boy has a rather wide flange at the end. In fact, that's usually the part of my body down there that gets irritated the most while plugged, but not this time! I went through the whole day just fine and found myself amazed at only lubing up once for my daily wearing versus the usual 2 re-lubings I needed with water-based types.

I had always assumed that "lube is just lube" until I finally experienced Astroglide X. While it's still not my all-the-time lube, I keep a container around for whenever Mistress occasionally decides that I need to be plugged for longer than usual (for example, it became my savior during a week-long punishment plugging last month).
