Slick but Thin

While this lube is thin, it lasts longer than I expected. I liked that it wasn't sweet, as I don't think sex should taste sweet. This vegan gluten free lube is surprisingly slick for so thin and water based. It works well for vaginal penetration, and for using a non-thrusting anal toy (such as a plug). However if you want anal sex with a person or a toy, you should look for a specialty lube for that purpose.

Sliquid Organics Natural is a water based lubricant which can be sued for vaginal and oral sex. It might work for some anal activities, but it isn't really designed for much use back there.

My first experience with a Sliquid lube was with the sassy booty and it is amazing. Based on that I tried the Sliquid Sea and it was a disappointment. I wanted to try more from them, but was wary of getting a large bottle so I only got the .17 oz sample size. I was surprised at how far that small container went.

The lube was thinner than expected. Normally this is an issue but this one worked really well for me. It didn't stay put but a little went a long way and it stayed around a decent amount of time. I compared it to the Sliquid Sea by placing a drop of each lube between thumb and fingers and rubbed until it disappeared. Both the Sea and the Organic Natural disappeared without being sticky, but the Organics Natural lasted a lot longer.

I tried it with a toy I use for vaginal penetration and it worked really well. However I wasn't especially dry that day so I wasn't sure how great it really was. So for the purposes of science I decided to use it anally. Since it is so thin I was very nervous and decided to try it with my smallest plug. I only used a small amount as it spreads quite far. I relaxed and it went in with no problems! However I tried to thrust a bit and it became uncomfortable fairly quickly.

So it is good enough for a plug but I wouldn't use it for anal sex. More importantly that means it is probably adequate for vaginal sex. I was unable to try it with a partner as I don't currently have one available.

As always I love that the Sliquid line is vegan, gluten free and also free from a whole bunch of suspicious chemicals. (See the product page for more information and the ingredient list.) One thing that is annoying is that things can be called "organic" even if a main ingredient is not. In this case the second ingredient is from cotton and IS NOT organic. Only the extracts are organic. You need to decide if the extra cost is worth it for just a few organic ingredients.

I actually like the flavor of this lube. I know other reviews cite it as a small problem, but to me it was fine. It had almost no taste or smell. Te small amount of flavor was a slight after taste similar to wheat grass, but MUCH MUCH milder. Just a hint in the background. I think it would go much better with the taste of sex than the sickly sweetness of other lubes.

Overall this is a solid lube, but it didn't completely blow me away. I might try it again, but I think I still prefer the Sliquid sassy booty.

Yeah, I can see how a thin lube is nice, but for a general purpose lube something a bit thicker is much more flexible.

I think there is an Organics Gel from Sliquid, so that might have the flavor I like AND be thicker. next time I buy lube I might try that. If I do I'll be sure to write review.
