Delightful, But Not Perfect

This beautiful, unique g-spot vibrator is a great choice for both beginners and advanced users. Those that enjoy dual stimulation will especially enjoy this toy, as this toy actually does provide dual stimulation! Not only does it provide dual stimulation, but it's also quite powerful, and fairly quiet.

Use

The Delight Click 'n' Charge vibrator is a a truly unique vibrator. I selected this vibrator primarily as I thought it was absolutely adorable, and the unique shape made me curious. I was happy to find that the fun shape is not only pleasing to the eye, but it's also functional.

This vibrator is intended to provide dual stimulation. The little silicone "hook" is meant to stimulate the g-spot. The body of the toy is meant to stimulate the clitoris. An insert included with the toy states that the little bump provides g-spot stimulation, but for me? The little bump didn't line up with my clitoris. This wasn't a huge deal, though, as the vibrations travel well throughout the entire toy. The shape also makes it so that the curve does line up with my clitoris, even though the bump did not.

The g-spot hook hit my g-spot perfectly, but that aspect of the toy may not work for everyone. You see, the hook is designed for very shallow penetration. For me it was enough, but your experience may differ.

This toy could potentially be used for anal play, as the curve of the toy will prevent it from getting lost in your bum. That said, I've not tried this toy for that purpose, so I can't comment on how it feels.

This toy is also suitable for both couples and solo play.

Material / Texture

The delight is made out of two different materials. Firstly, there is the silicone that is meant to be inserted. On my toy, the silicone is the fuchsia, but the color will depend on the color combination that you select. Next, there is the hard plastic. Both materials are really nice, but there's a little crack where the two materials meet. This little crack can hold bodily fluids, and lubricant, so be sure that you spend a little time thoroughly cleaning the cracks.

Silicone and plastic are both very safe materials, with silicone earning a rating of 10 on Eden's safety scale, and plastic earning an 8. Both of these materials are considered to be hypoallergenic, non-porous, and both latex and phthalates free.

The silicone featured on this toy appears matte, which looks lovely next to the shiny plastic. The silicone is soft and flexible, yet it's also very firm. The silicone does have some drag, but I didn't find that I needed to use lubricant with this toy. Also, the silicone does have a seam going down the middle of it on both sides. I can feel the seam easily with my fingers, but I cannot feel the same while it's in use. Still, those of you that are seam sensitive will want to keep that in mind. You should also keep in mind that the silicone does tend to act like a lint magnet, so you should give it a quick rinse (or wipe, with a toy wipe) before using it.

The plastic on this toy is basically just on the handle. It's shiny, smooth, and extremely comfortable to hold onto.

Texture wise, this toy doesn't offer a lot of texture. Aside from the slight drag of the silicone, the toy is smooth.

As far as small and taste go? I didn't notice either from this toy.

Design / Shape / Size

This unique vibrator is shaped like an S. Due to the shape, it's a real pain to measure, but it's basically the size of my (fairly small) hands. I'd estimate that it measures around 6" in length, and 1 1/4" in diameter at the widest point. The insertable portion of this toy is around 3" long, so it's really only for very shallow penetration.

Due to the S-shape, this isn't really the best toy for thrusting. It is, however, a good toy to sort of rock and wiggle inside of you.

I, personally, enjoy inserting the toy and lightly rocking, as I press the rest of the toy against my clitoris.

Speaking of clitoral stimulation, the toy features a little nub which is meant to stimulate your clitoris. For me, this just didn't line up with my clitoris, and instead it ended up stimulating my vaginal opening. Thankfully, however, I was still able to get clitoral stimulation a bit further up from the nub.

The other end of the toy features a much smaller curve. The smaller, thinner curve basically serves as a handle. It's very comfortable to hold onto, and it doesn't take much effort to get a good grip. The controls are located just above that smaller curve, so the placement is ideal as well.

The Delight vibrator is not, obviously, not traditional in appearance. To me, it looks like a piece art, rather than a vibrator. So, is it discreet? Sort of -- unless your visitors are familiar with sex toys, they're probably not going to immediately pick this out as a vibrator. They might, however, think that it's a very strange piece of artwork.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This vibrator is rechargeable, which is really cool. To charge the vibrator, you simply attach the magnetic charger to the two little magnetic dots (they're silver, so you can't miss them) on the underside of the toy. The magnetic charger does need to sit in just a certain way for the toy to charge, which can be a pain, but it's not that big of a deal. The charger, and the controls on the toy, light up when the charger is properly in place. The charger also stops charging once the toy is fully charged, so you don't need to worry about over-charging.

Now, the controls. The controls are located on the very top of the handle, right near the smaller curve. There are two buttons; one is a "-" sign, and the other is "+". When the toy is on (or charging), the controls light up.

In order to turn the toy on, simply hold down the "+" button for a few seconds. You will also press that button again, to cycle through the different vibration settings. The first six vibrations are constant, steady vibrations. The steady vibrations range from about a 2, all the way to a high 4. Noise wise, I'd say that this is a 2 on the lowest setting, and a 3 on the highest setting. All in all, it's a pretty quiet toy.

Next up, we have the patterns. In order to get to the patterns, you need to hold the "+" button down for a few seconds. Setting 7, 8 and 9 are all pulsating patterns. Setting 7 is slower than pattern 9. Now, when you get to setting 9, you'll notice that it just goes back to setting 7 when you press the "+" again. So, how do you get back to the steady vibrations, you ask? Simply press the "-" button! Easy, right?

All the settings are great, but I tend to prefer the steady settings. That's just personal preference, though.

The vibrations travel well throughout the toy. I find that I feel the vibrations strongest on my clitoris, though. Still, the vibrations do stimulate my g-spot, as well. I also find that the vibrations don't make my hand feel numb, even at the highest of settings.

As for whether or not this toy is waterproof? I'm sorry to report that this toy is not waterproof. It is, however, splash-proof. I did see another reviewer state that they have fully submerged this without a problem, but I like this toy too much to risk it.

Care and Maintenance

When cleaning the Delight vibrator, you're going to want to be careful. This is because the vibrator is splash-proof, not waterproof. For this reason, you're not going to want to soak this for any reason at all. You can, however, carefully wash it with antibacterial soap and warm water. You can also use a toy cleaner, or even a toy wipe.

You should also pay close attention to the little areas where the silicone meets the plastic. Those areas are not sealed, so it would be quite easy for bodily fluids to get stuck there. Make sure you clean those areas well!

As far as lubricant goes? I didn't find that I needed lube with this toy, but if you, you can use water-based lube. Silicone lubricant should not be used with this toy, as it may interact badly with the material.

For storage, I simply store this in a ziplock bag in my toy box. This toy does not come with an included storage pouch, unfortunately.

Packaging

This toy came packaged in two separate boxes. One box contained the Delight g-spot vibrator, whereas the other box contained the magnetic charger. Both boxes were places in a large zip-lock bag, which was nice.

I was a little surprised at how basic the packaging was, as I was expecting something a bit fancier. I mean, the toy does cost a lot, so nicer packaging would've been lovely. That said, I didn't select this toy for the packaging, so I'm not too disappointed.

Delight's box featured a magnetic flap, and a little window. As this box did feature a window that fully displayed the toy, it's not the most discreet packaging. Upon opening the box, I found the toy, and a few inserts. One insert listed information about the toy, such as instructions, in several different languages. The other insert displayed images of other Fun Factory toys. I also found a little package of Fun Factory's Toy Fluid lubricant, which is a water-based lubricant.

The chargers packaging was just a little box that features images of the charger. There was also a small insert which provided some basic details about the charger.
Follow-up commentary
This vibrator isn't one of my top choices, but it is still one that I'm happy to have in my collections. Its vibrations are powerful and rumbly, which I love -- I just wish that the shape suited me a little more.

Still, I highly recommend this one.
