There are quite a few members on here who know about my plight with wireless bullets. For SO long, I had tried and tried different bullets and they all sucked, broke, or malfunctioned before I could even use them long enough to enjoy a tic-tac. I had given up for awhile until I saw all the wonderful reviews of the Bliss. I wanted it so bad...but I also did not want to have a broken heart again. I could not resist, but $100? I was not ready to take that leap just yet. Too many burns in the past for this type of product made me weary. So, I dabbled between this one and the Bliss until I decided that silicone, size, and shape was more important to me than being rechargeable. The Amante was on its trip to my door step the very next day.

I am so glad I decided to give this type of product another try! The Amante is pretty much everything I had been looking for all along. It's sleek, gorgeous, comfortable, and powerful! Plus, it works longer than an afterthought. My partner and I love to use it out and also while just shooting the shit together at home. I love my Amante and I'm even willing to accept its annoying batteries. Nothing will come between us! I recommend her for pretty much any woman who likes to treat herself to discreet pleasure anywhere she goes. With or without a partner, it's a lot of fun to have your pleasure at the push of a hand-held button. It'll work your kegels too!

I'd much rather have silicone sitting inside me than plastic which is a main reason I went for the Amante instead. The bullet has a plastic inner housing for the motor and batteries, but the outer shell is coated in a velvety, lavender (or white), non-porous, body-safe silicone. I got the purple because I figured the white would look more like a tampon string hanging down...not attractive even if my partner knows what's up! Since the outside is only a coating there is minimal give. I do appreciate this small amount though. The coating trails off into a retrieval cord. This cord is very elastic like. I was worried it would snap when the bullet was being pulled out, but it is very durable.

The controller is made of a light weight but durable ABS plastic. The plastic is very slick and smooth. This should not be a problem though. There should be no reason you would be lubing this up!

This bullet it like the perfect size for me and I think it would be for many women too. It is like 3" long and has a very nice oval shape that has almost 4 1/2" of circumference. Not too big. Not too small. The retrieval "tail" is another 2 3/4" off of that giving plenty of room to grab at. The end of the tail is thicker for easier grabbing as well. The outside of the bullet has some contours in the surface but they don't really offer anything extra. The bullet has a crease around the outside (long ways). This is where the bullet pushes open and pops apart to insert the two N sized batteries. The stays together very well and is waterproof too.

The controller is a bit longer than the bullet, but it is leaner with a slightly curved shape for easy holding. Underneath it, a battery cap pops off and one 12 V sized battery gets inserted there. On top there are two round, push buttons. One for power and the other for modes.

This toy is discreet when worn of course. The string can be seen if you are naked, but it can also be tucked away inside. The controller is also discreet. If someone found it, they wouldn't have a clue as to what it goes to. And since you don't store your toys with batteries in them (right?), there is no reason they would find out by pushing the buttons. The bullet is fairly discreet too. Yea it kind of looks like a sex toy, but if someone were to pick it up, they too might not figure it out. There are no buttons on it. It sort of looks like a pet toy. The bullet and controller are designed excellently for travel and wearing out of the home.

NOTE: This is NOT for anal insertion!

The power button will start the toy on a low level of vibration.

1. I could already feel this inside me. The noise level was very low and unless you are in a room that has absolutely no background noise, you are not going to hear it.
2. Pressing the mode button shoots the level of vibration up like five notches and puts a smile on my face every time. This toy makes me giggle! This can be heard a bit louder, but again, it is not going to be heard easily.
3. Just when you think it won't get stronger, it does. The third level is intense. Clitorally, this thing makes me squirm. Internally, it gets the juices flowing like not many toys can. This noise level is higher. It sounds like a vibrating phone in a gal's purse. Muffled...but apparent if there is no other sound.
4. The first vibration pattern starts off as a low flutter, gets faster and increases in intensity, before it reaches a steady high vibration. It then starts over. From here on out, the noise is more noticeable since it is not constant. I would not be worried in at a party, night club, or even a mall. Just be aware that if the sound dies down, people may start checking their cell phones.
5. The next pattern in a high steady pulse.
6. This pattern is the same only a bit faster.
7. The next one is a pulse that turns into a longer pulse before repeating.
Pressing the mode button again, starts it over on the low rumbly vibration.

Okay so...this is supposed to go inside of you. With a little bit of lube and a gentle push the Amante slides in easily. For me, I have to give it one last little boost to make sure it is inside entirely. There is nothing more annoying than the feeling of something trying to fall out of you. It can actually be used for kegel exercises if you tug on the "tail" and do the contraction at the same time.

The vibrations really stimulate from the inside out. They are deep and strong. I could not remember the last time I was so turned on by stagnant vibration inside of me. Usually I need clitoral vibration (which this is excellent at too by the way), but with this, I swear I could finish just by crossing my legs. To care for this toy, it is really easy. The bullet does collect a bit of lint and fuzz, so be sure to wipe it down BEFORE insertion. After use, you can spray it with a toy cleaner or use hot water and mild soap. Since the inside is plastic, this cannot be boiled for sterilization. It also cannot be used with silicone lubricant. Use water based instead. Remove the batteries for storage! The bullet drains them like crazy. You can store it in the box it comes in so you can keep the two parts together. I've already lost the controller a time or two!

The packaging for the Amante is nothing fancy, but I still consider it to be nice. The bullet and controller come nestled in a cardboard box. This is also where you will find generic instructions which are not of much help and the included batteries. The outside of the box has a pretty picture of the product and some brief descriptions of the toy. It is no grandiose display, but I still think it would make a nice gift. I also appreciate how the box is compact and won't take up tons of space. it is also fairly discreet in that it does not draw attention to itself.

It's New Year's Eve and I'm decked out in my best and so is my partner. He knows I have a surprise for him. "It's something we have wanted for awhile. Now shhh!". I sit in the car on our ride to the party with a grin on my face. I had nestled the Amante inside of me while I was getting ready. No matter how much he pesters me, I won't tell him what I've gotten for us. It wasn't until we approached the staircase to the front door, that I handed him the remote and said "Have fun!" And fun we did have! My partner pressed the buttons to his heart's content. It was our little secret what we were always grinning about!

We did run into a snag or two. A few times, the bullet got stuck in the on mode and would not turn off! I had to go to the bathroom, pull it out, remove the batteries, and then start over. This has not happened since that night though. I'm not sure what the issue was. How is the range? EXCELLENT! We were at least 20-30 feet away sometimes and it still worked. It works through blankets and pillows too. No one detected the sound either. Can you guess what happened before midnight? We left the party early! We didn't even stay for the ball drop because we couldn't wait to get home to make fireworks of our own. I got my fairy tale ending after all.
