Beginner silicone anal kit - anal exploration kit by EdenFantasys - review by A.S.

Beginner Anal Kit

If you're just starting to wade into anal stuff but are unsure about whether or not you're really interested, this would be a good product to introduce yourself to the experience. It's reasonably priced and has some variety, so you're spending less money on more individual toys than you might be otherwise. It's also silicone, so it's the safest available material and is easy to take care of.
Extremely good for beginners, Easy to use and take care off, Good introduction to anal penetration
Not very effective as butt plugs, Not good for experienced users, Very small
Rating by reviewer:
extremely useful review

The title of the product is extremely apt. It includes three small, slim anal plugs appropriate for those taking the first steps into anal territory. The bases are sufficiently flared, especially in comparison to the width of the insertable part, and are therefore not in danger of getting stuck inside.

Material / Texture

The material has no distinctive smell, is smooth and is non-porous. I haven't put it in my mouth, and after it's been in my ass I don't have any eagerness to. I would assume, because it's silicone, that it doesn't have any distinctive taste. Considering its purpose, that probably wouldn't be a problem anyway (although, it is not for me to dictate how you can or should use anything you own, go wild, follow your heart).

It's firm enough to be easy to use, although for inexperienced users it would probably be useful to use fingers beforehand, just for ease of entry. I tried insertion by itself, and either because of lack of appropriate look, discomfort, or inexperience, it was difficult to push any of them very far in, but that problem was effectively sidestepped through digital preparation.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

None of the three toys included are at all realistic. There are three different shapes. One is mostly smooth and tapered. Another has successively wider bumps, kind of like squashed spheres stacked four inches high. The third, which is black, looked remarkably like a fat banana, which brings up all kinds of hilarious potential jokes about sex education that I'm too lazy to make. But imagine them for yourselves, because, without a doubt you are clever quick-witted individuals.

All three of them have kind of a thin end, which is curved. The experience of using that included kind of a poking feeling, which I enjoyed, but others might not. I didn't notice much difference based on size otherwise, but I used mine with a condom, mostly because I didn't want to have to clean poop off of anything (and otherwise I would have - nothing significant, but there were remnants, and considering the actual purpose of that area, I can't say I was surprised).

I don't think they're necessarily particularly discreet, having flared bases and bright colors, but they are very small. They would be easy to pack up in a discreet container to be hidden easily.

This is a good product for beginners. There are three different toys, which have slightly different experiences, so trying them out would probably help you determine what it is you might or might not like about anal play. They're small enough to be unintimidating, but might be, for some people, a little too small.

This definitely wouldn't be useful to anyone with more experience because, both to its credit and fault, all three come out very easily. This might be a good thing for people who might be afraid of logistical concerns in anal play (how to get things in, how to get them back out, fear of the experience of doing either) but this makes them kind of inadequate if you're going to focus on anything else simultaneously. They're good for getting acclimated to the experience of anal penetration, but not good as actual plugs.
    • Comfortable
    • Easy to use

Care and Maintenance

All three are made of silicone, so they are non-porous and easy to clean. They're also small, so finding somewhere to store them shouldn't be difficult. It is a very low maintenance product.

On getting this kit, I was kind of terrified. I have no experience with partnered sexual activity, and had never even self-penetrated using fingers. There's also a lot of information and warnings about the potential difficulties and dangers of anal activity (rectal tissue is fragile and thin, it's easy to have toys get lost inside, there's no natural lubrication so it is easy for the experience to become painful, etc.).

However, in using them, a lot of my fears were assuaged. I still want to get and try larger and more realistic dildos, but if I hadn't gotten this kit, I probably wouldn't have. Before, I was interested in anal penetration mostly out of curiosity, but the experience of it, which I probably never would have tried without something like this kit, has opened me up (haha) to the possibility of enjoying less mild anal experiences.
