Grab a Jelly and Jam!

The Anal Delight is a good anal probe for beginners. For me, it works well for double penetration without harming my partner or I. It works well for solo DP as well. If you can get past the smell, it might make it into your permenant collection, just make sure you have plenty of condoms on hand.

Use

The Crystal Jellies Anal Delight by Doc Johnson is a great anal tool for beginners, or a toy to be used for moderate double penetration. I didn't have the best experience with The Purple Jelly Stuffer, but I thought this smaller, similar version might be a lot better. For what it is, it is a lot better, but there still are some of the same grievances. For one, the material. It's sticky, stinky, and very porous. If you have plenty of condoms to spare, the bulbs of this probe are worth the probing for even the most inexperienced. In combination with other toys, I think it could entertain the more experienced as well. Without condoms, I would never recommend switching holes, but women who like smaller toys may also enjoy these bulbs vaginally. For me, it wasn't enough that way.

Material / Texture

The Anal Delight is made of jelly, the new Sil-A-Gel formula. This new formula is anti-bacterial, non-toxic, latex free, and candium free. It doesn't smell non-toxic though! This toy has a particularly horrid smell. It smells more like chemicals than of berries or fruit (although that hint is there too). It is also extremely porous so a condom is pretty much a must. Plus, the surface has considerable drag so a condom with good lubricant can reduce this. The material is plush but has a firm core when squeezed in a fist. It flexes, but isn't too floppy for insertion.

Design / Shape / Size

The shape and size of the Anal Delight is great for a lot of different occasions and users. It is 5 1/2" long. 5" of that is insertable. There are five bulbs. The last is elongated. That go from 3" around to 4 1/2". They gradually increase in size which is great for beginners or those who have problems with their anal sphincters. After the 5th bulb, it tapers down nicely so that your ass can relax and enjoy the insertion of the probe. The bulbs make thrusting fun anally or vaginally.

I really enjoy the size. It can be in anally and then my partner can do me vaginally or I can use a toy. The soft material makes this possible as well.

This toy is not discreet or good for travel. It collects a lot of dust and looks like an obvious anal toy.

Performance

I was concerned that the Anal Delight would be hard to insert because it is made of jelly. It really wasn't. What was annoying was having to use a condom. I don't mind using condoms with toys, but this toy is much smaller than a condom and thus I felt as if I was losing the definition of the bulbs. This aside, it still feels great while be inserted...one...bulb...at a time. Once entirely inserted it sits comfortably between the cheeks and stay in pretty well. After a while of wear, it can chafe a bit between the cheeks, but it is nothing that makes me not like this toy since I don't use it for very long periods of time.

Vaginally, the bulbs are lost with the use of a condom as well. Regardless, I found this to be much too thin, but some women prefer slender vaginal tools and this would be a good one for that if you don't require deep penetration. I like it because it can be used vaginally or anally at the same time as double penetration. It causes no discomfort to me or my partner.

You could use this with a strap on if you have a very small o-ring. Otherwise it would slide around.

Care and Maintenance

I highly suggest using a condom. Otherwise, you can use water based or silicone based lubricant. If you don't keep this in a bag or package, make sure to wash it before use to get rid of all the lint and fuzz. You can clean it with warm water and soap. This toy cannot be sterilized for sharing. Store it in its package or a plastic bag away from other jelly toys and warm temps.

Packaging

While the package isn't anything special, I still thought the color scheme was cool. The color scheme screams retro. It is a typical Doc Johnson plastic clam shell package. It has a bit of info on it, but not much, It is good for storage though. I cut off the top. It is quite a bit larger than the toy itself.
    • Good for storage
    • Recyclable
Follow-up commentary
I quickly replaced this design with a silicone one because I don't want to keep using my condoms for it. For a beginner or someone curious about anal play, this is still recommended.
