Not just for males. Not just for butts.
Looks great, but for a slick toy with such specific purpose, Rude Boy is boring, unsteady, and inferior to more direct, classic, and crude methods of prostate stimulation.

Pros
Easily sanitizable.
Sexy-looking.
Smooth and thin enough for most beginners at anal penetration.

Cons
Slides out during use thanks to smoothness of the shaft.
Blunt penetrative tip.

I've had this for a couple years now, and was first very excited about it at first. After years of being penetrated only by fingers, cigar cases, and a cheap, small, plastic vibrator, this was my first medical-grade silicone toy designed for my butt. Aesthetically it's sexy as hell and the construction is great. Ultimately, however, the Rude Boy has left me bored and unenthused.
I have yet to find a comfortable seated position for rocking on it hands-free. I've heard from others, both online and in person, that it's fantastic for sitting somewhat upright and grinding, but for me it feels simultaneously too bulky and too smooth. The penetrative tip is blunt, in keeping with the overall curves of the design, but the shaft has a consistent girth. This lack of a conical tip or variation in girth mid-shaft means my outermost sphincter has to be considerably relaxed and I still have to use more force than expected to get the tip in my ass, but once it's in, there's very little keeping it from sliding and popping out. The bullets I've used in it only work half the time and from the moment I first had to remove the dysfunctional bullet from the Rude Boy for cleaning, I realized the density and firmness of the silicone base make the process very difficult, to the point where I was afraid I would further break the plastic screw-on cap of the bullet. The tip passed on to me, which I've since taken to using with all my vibrator-compatible silicone toys, is dropping the bullet in a lubricated condom before putting it in the toy. This not only makes removal of the bullet far easier, it also decreases the possibility of skin and fluid or fecal contact with the porous bullet, and it can be tied off to increase its waterproofness without eliminating access to the vibrator's on/off button.
Knowing what I know now about the physics of vibrators, I understand some of the Rude Boy's issues are not at all unique to its design, but I had really hoped this toy would open up whole new exciting possibilities for how I play alone or with partners. I find myself constantly having to hold it inside me and moving it to hit my "P-spot," and even then I require external stimulation of my clitoral glands for it to do much. The bumps looked like they would add great perineal stimulation but I have yet to feel adequate pressure from them while it's in place. I'm sure there are positions I haven't tried yet that might both keep the Rude Boy deep inside me without losing proper pressure and vibration, slipping out, or making me feel like I'm awkwardly sitting on an action figure toy left in the couch cushions by a child. I would like to test the Nexus
Ridge Rider and see if that solves the problems I've had with the Rude Boy.

Experience
Although this is specifically marketed as a male prostate stimulator, it just so happens I am a trans woman, so that alone means the Rude Boy is not just for men. Furthermore, I've dabbled with using it as a G-spot stimulator on partners with vaginas, and the curve and firmness of the silicone has similar effect.
The most creative I've gotten with my Rude Boy was bagging the bumpy end of it in a condom and having a partner with a vagina wearing it similarly to a Feeldoe or other double-ended dildos. The result was a small, curved, black cock that added to the hot experimental factor, and made us both squeal with the delight of (safely) innovating beyond the intended purpose of a very specifically-purposed object, but the short length of the shaft made fucking quite difficult. The bumps proved helpful for that partner keeping it inside her (strong PC muscles also helped considerably), and I'm usually more happy with being internal manipulations during penetration than in-out thrusting, so the feeling of my ass having to be so closely connected to her thighs was lovely.
