Ryder!?! I hardly know her!

If this toy has one thing going for it, it's the ability to stay in. That attribute, coupled with the fullness that it provides, makes it stand out from a crowd of plugs. In my experience, other plugs of similar diameter tend to slip out easily. The neck on the Ryder locks it in place.

If you're looking for something discreet, but that really packs a punch to slip in while you're taking a trip to the grocery store, this is the toy for you. You'll feel it the entire time that you're out and about. This toy is great during sex or solo play because it stays put and really gives you a feeling of fullness.

I'd say this toy is best suited for intermediate to advanced users, not beginners. Anyone who enjoys the feeling of fullness but doesn't need thrusting will enjoy this toy.

The Ryder is made of silicone and has a shiny, smooth appearance. It is slightly squishy and has some give to it. The base is flexible enough to be folded easily. The toy has a very faint smell, but nothing that is noticeable unless you hold it right up to your nose. The Ryder is not a toy I'd recommend to beginners because of it's size.

The Ryder is well thought out and well designed. With an insertable length of 3 3/4" and a diameter of 1 1/2", it is best suited for intermediate or advanced users. It has a torpedo type shape. The smaller neck makes this toy stay in very well.





One of the first things I noticed was the fact that there is very little taper to this plug. This may make insertion difficult without a warm up for some. Starting out with a smaller toy or a bit of finger play will take care of that. Once you get past the widest part of this plug, it gets much easier to get this toy all the way in. The base is narrow enough to be comfortable but large enough to ensure it's not getting pulled in all the way. One thing to note about the base is that the sides aren't rounded like the top and bottom are, so occasionally the edges will bother me when it's being worn and I'm moving around.

No complaints about performance. It delivers on all counts. Nice size, nice material and it stays put.

As with all silicone toys, you will want to stick with water based lubes. The Ryder cleans up with warm water and mild soap, or with a toy cleaner. It can also be boiled or put in the dishwasher to be sterilized. It is very easy to clean and care for. It does collect lint, so be sure to store it somewhere that will limit its ability to do that. Avoid contact with other silicone toys while in storage to avoid damage to the toys.

The Ryder comes in standard Tantus packaging, which isn't the best for storage. It does include information about the toy itself, as well as care and cleaning information about the toy.
