Bandito - strap-on dildo by Fun Factory - review by CaptainBunnyKilla

The Bandito from Fun Factory is a real stand-out dildo. The selling point for me are the raised patterns all up and down the shaft. Not only do these patterns look very artistic and modern, but they add a lot of texture to what would otherwise be a run-of-the-mill toy. The length and girth of the Bandito are nothing special (6.5 inches in length, 5.5 of which are insertable, and 1.5 inches in diameter): it's a very reasonably sized toy, falling into a range that many users will enjoy. But the texture on the shaft is what really makes the Bandito shine. The swirly patterns are pronounced enough that they can definitely be felt during use, but they're very rounded, so the sensation isn't sharp or rough.

Another aspect of the Bandito that I appreciated very much is the curve at the end of the shaft into the head. Fun Factory silicone is pretty firm, so this bulged head does a great job with g-spotting. Given the firmness of the silicone and the length of the toy, you can angle it to provide pretty intense pressure on your g-spot, whether it's shallow or deep. Of course, some people require more pressure than silicone can provide for g-spot stimulation, but if you don't require the firmness of glass or metal for effective g-spot stimulation, you might consider the Bandito.

I am not a huge fan of purple, but the purple of the Bandito is a lovely soft lilac color, and one which I haven't seen used for any other toy. It's a very unique shade. It also comes in black, which is also awesome, but from the picture it doesn't look to me that you can see the texture as well on the black. The Bandito comes in the standard cute Fun Factory box with the magnetic window. I find the Fun Factory boxes too bulky and too flimsy for long-term storage, but they're certainly elegant packaging.

Since the Bandito is made of pure silicone, it can be sterilized (if you want to share or if you're just a germaphobe like me). Boil it, put it in the top rack of the dishwasher, or wipe it down with 10% bleach solution and your germ worries are no more. This thing attracts lint like crazy (like all toys made of Fun Factory silicone), so I store it in a plastic bag and I wash it right before each use to clean off and errant particles. As far as lube goes, you probably don't want to risk ruining your silicone toy by using silicone lube, so all other things being equal you should go with water-based lube.

The Bandito would be a good choice for beginning to advanced users. The curves of the texture are soft, so the Bandito would be a good way to experiment with texture for the first time, especially given that neither the length nor the girth are massive. The texture combined with the firmness of the head make this toy a winner.
