Bandito - g-spot strap-on dildo discontinued by Fun Factory - review by removedacnt

When I first saw the Bandito, it was so cool looking that I knew I had to have it. Besides how can you go wrong with a G-spot curved pure silicone dildo? I love silicone toys. They're phthalates free, hypoallergenic, and sterilizable. Just put in the top shelf of the dishwasher and run it, or boil the toy for 3 minutes. When you don't need to sterilize it just wash with soap and water. The only possible drawback to silicone is that you cannot use silicone lubricant with silicone toys. It will ruin them. It is important to use water based lubes only.

Of course, I had to try it out the second it got here. My first experience with it was less than glowing. But I was determined to love how it worked as much as I loved how it looked. So I gave it a few more tries and now I have to say that I really like it. I don't exactly love it but it has it's place in my ever growing toy box. My issues with it have to do with personal preference. First of all it is the softest, most flexible, silicone dildo I own. Which for me means that it rubs the G-spot instead of hitting it like firmer dildos do. Also the girth is only 1 ½ inches diameter, which I would consider to be on the medium side. Again this is strictly personal preference but I prefer more girth. But all personal preferences aside, if you don't need a very girthy or a firmer dildo, then this one is a must.

Fun Factory calls their dildos “Stubs”. They come in a nice reusable box with the dildo encased in plastic, with an instruction booklet and a sample of their water based lube, Toy Fluid.

The Fun Factory Bandito comes in black or purple. I got the purple one, which is a really lovely shade of lilac. It has these really cool looking raised swirls that run up and down the shaft. The head is more pronounced with the swirls flaring out just a bit at the underside of the tip. For me this ended up being just for looks because I really couldn't feel them at all. But that's fine, I bought it because it was so cool looking. The Bandito's silicone is smooth but somewhat tacky and will attract lint, hair, etc. But that is pretty common with silicone toys and I just rinse it off before I use it. The length of the shaft is 6 ½ inches long, but the base is about an inch thick so only 5 ½ inches are insertable. It is a nice comfortable length. The base is a rounded triangular shape with indented sides. What's great about this is that there is no guessing whether you have it facing the right direction while using it internally and it's very easy to hold and control for thrusting. It is also harness compatible and could be used for anal, though I've never tried it for that. Fun Factory claims the base can be used as a suction cup, but I didn't find that to be true. I did try several times in several places and couldn't get it to stick for more than a few seconds.

Overall, this is a very nice dildo. I do use it fairly often when I'm not in the mood for something bigger or firmer. But I can't say it's my favorite toy.

This is getting a lot more use lately. The more I get the hang of how it works with my body, the more I'm liking it. This is still not my first choice for that full feeling, but it is very nice for g-spot stimulation combined with a vibrator on the clit.
