The Blue Swirl Glass Dildo is a swirl textured dildo that is beautifully crafted for a little something extra in stimulation. This dildo by SSA Glass was crafted entirely out of borosilicate glass, to give you a stunningly beautiful dildo. It could be mistaken as fine art. This dildo is for vaginal or anal play whether you're with a partner or flying solo. It was handcrafted to be beautiful and pleasureful rolled into one. The swirled design around this dildo is sure to please, adding a bit of extra stimulation to an already steamy session.

This dildo can be used for temperature play whether you prefer warm or cool, or hot or cold, this dildo is sure to tickle your fancy. If texture is your thing, or if you're new to the textured experience, this is the perfect dildo for both. Its size is perfect for beginners to glass, but if you're into sizable toys, than this may not be the one for you. It measures at 6-3/4" insert-able and 1-3/8" in diameter. Remember, this is a glass toy, so it's best to take things slow and make sure not to bruise your cervix. The tip of this dildo could hit it the wrong way, causing it to bruise, as it is teardrop shaped.

Note: If you're going to use this anally, be sure to have a good grip on the base, as the flare isn't that large, and may become 'lost' in aggressive play. If you're new to anal, I'd recommend something with a larger flare at the base.

This dildo is crafted from borosilicate glass, and if dropped, it won't shatter into a million pieces. Rather, this dildo, in case of accidents, will break into large pieces. Examine this dildo beforehand to make sure there aren't any hairline cracks, or chips, as this is unsafe for ANY insertion. If you notice any flaws in the material, discard this toy immediately for safety purposes. No one wants to visit an ER.

The Blue Swirl dildo is smooth glass, with swirled ridges for added stimulation along the shaft. The teardrop shaped head is clear and smooth and below the head the textured shaft is blue and very beautiful as it is a deep navy color. These textured swirls may seem very prominent but upon insertion they provide a light sensation (unless of course you're ultra sensitive). The head, as it is teardrop shaped, provides an easy insertion if you add a bit of your favorite lubricant into the mix. It is bulbous but shouldn't be a problem, even, for beginners.

Those of you who were wondering about the swirls- They start just below the head, and on mine, reach all the way down to the flare; however, since this is a glass piece, so no two dildos will be alike. As this is is a glass piece there are no weird smells lingering from it and it doesn't taste like anything. Also note glass is, of course, nonporous. Though this dildo has a base, I do not believe it would or could be harness compatible even with the smallest O-Ring.

The Blue Swirl is a straight, not curved, glass dildo that is absolutely beautiful. The teardrop shaped head allows for easy insertion, and the swirls added just enough stimulation without being too overbearing. I absolutely love this dildo, and the head worked perfect when positioning it to glide over my g-spot. Although this dildo is a little on the smaller side for me, I did love the way it felt when it was inserted and I am glad I ordered it. This is perfect for the beginners to glass or for anyone looking for a first toy as it's small, lightly textured, and hygienically superior.

This toy isn't discreet, and most people would know it was a dildo if it were sitting out on display. I was told that it looked like a glass candle, but I don't think it's going to fool anyone if left sitting out. However, being the size it is, I would say that it is indeed travel friendly. You can pack it in your purse or bag without worry, especially if packed in it's velvet pouch.

Some of the best things about this toy have to do with the material. Glass is non porous, easy to clean, and is absolutely beautiful when maintained with proper care. There is just something elegant and clean about glass toys that make them unique in their own right. The texture on this dildo is definitely a plus, as it isn't harsh to your delicate insides, and won't bring harm to that sensitive region of the body. The flare is also a plus, as it gives something to hold onto when thrusting.

This dildo's head, the teardrop shape, is a bit pointy. It will bruise the cervix if you're a bit eager in your thrusts. The base is rather small as well, and although it is good for holding onto when thrusting, it does make it less safe for anal play than some of the other glass toys on the market with larger flared bases, and that's a shame because the texture is wonderful. If you're going to use this anally, be sure to be careful. This dildo is not harness compatible so those looking to add to their collection of harness compatible toys should look for something else, though this toy is a perfect addition to anyone's collection. Whether you're a couple or using this one solo, this dildo is a beautiful inexpensive start if you're new to glass or simply love a little texture.

Personally for me, this dildo did wonders when thrust against my g-spot, and the swirls just sent me into a world of bliss. Though it was on the small side, this beautifully crafted dildo did a wonderful job of pleasing me.

Glass is one of the easiest materials to clean and can be boiled, scrubbed down with a toy cleaner, or warm soapy water, can be put in the dishwasher and can be cleaned with a bleach solution. When washing with soapy water be careful not to let this dildo slip out of your hands because glass is very slippery when wet and you wouldn't want to ruin your dildo in an accident of this sort. Since this dildo has texture be sure to clean every inch of it and make sure you're getting into the swirled texture's spaces as well so that nothing is left behind on the surface. I'd recommend if you have a scrubby brush or something that you don't use for anything else (as using it for other things it can harbor bacteria and you wouldn't want that on your dildo) to clean it with this, as it is sure to clean in between the ridges. Once you're finished cleaning and drying your dildo be sure to return it to the velvet pouch provided with the toy or a padded pouch of your choice.

Be sure to store this dildo somewhere, in it's pouch or a padded one, where it won't fall and break. Accidents do occur and by keeping this somewhere where it won't fall may prevent it from happening. Don't let this toy bump against other glass toys either as that too could damage it and you don't want that. By taking these extra steps in care, you can assure that this dildo will last a lifetime.

This dildo came to me wrapped up inside of brown packing paper, taped shut to ensure that it wouldn't be broken. When you remove the paper, you will see the velvet pouch that this toy comes in. This pouch is not padded and honestly doesn't provide much if any protection at all. The dildo was inside of the velvet pouch, wrapped in bubble wrap as an extra precaution. I've kept this bubble wrap to use over and over.

Honestly, there are better pouches on the market that are padded, and you can purchase one here on Eden if you absolutely think you need it. I wrap my Blue Swirl up in the bubble wrap when I'm done with it and return it to it's red velveteen pouch it came in. There was no box or anything, just the pouch, so packaging was definitely minimal. I wish that SSA Glass would at the least provide you with something more sturdy to keep your dildo in, but alas, this is what we get. There aren't even care instructions with this toy.

I gave this dildo 4/5 stars because of the packaging. Personally, I would have preferred a little more to it than just the thin, velveteen pouch it came in. If SSA Glass took the time on their packaging as they do on these beautiful pieces of art, than the outcome would be extraordinary. Overall though, this dildo is amazing.

I ordered this toy thinking I might not be satisfied with my purchase but I definitely was. The subtle texture provided me with excellent stimulation and the head was perfect for the g-spot. This was my first glass toy and I definitely plan on buying more in the future. The overall look of this toy in person is absolutely breathtaking. I applaud the makers of such a fine glass toy.

I had always had the fear of ordering glass but I am glad that I did. I had this paranoia it was going to break while I was playing with it but I realize that this was in irrational fear and one that I am glad that I got past. If you're unsure about glass toys, don't be, they're wonderful, and if you don't like them once you've tried them, you don't have to use them again because they're great art pieces too!
