This gorgeous glass dildo is best used for vaginal penetration during either solo or partner play. It is great for anal too, should you decide to venture there since there is a flared base and I do feel that with care this would not get "lost". This can be used in the shower, in the tub, in bed, campus/dorm living, pretty much wherever you so choose.

This would be the ideal first glass dildo for beginners. It is a modest but adequate size with a lighter texture that is very pleasing with out being overwhelming or painful. Another awesome thing to do with this is use it for temperature play. It can be soaked in either cool or warm water and will retain temperature for a good deal of time. The beauty, integrity and versatility of glass is amazing, and I certainly do favor glass, but this is hands down the best one I have used so far.

This particular dildo is my favorite since it is smaller, it is ideal for not only beginners but partner play as well. Due to the modest size, it is less likely that this will hurt your cervix as easily as similar, larger glass dildos could with thrusting; though caution should still be exercised since this could still occur.

It is no secret now that I love glass, and the pyrex (also know as borosilicate glass) that the Blue Swirl is made of is excellent. Pyrex is an incredibly durable type of glass that can withstand great temperature changes and a hefty amount of abuse. Pyrex is hard to break and is shatter resistant. In the unfortunate instance a pyrex dildo were to break (sad christmas indeed), it would not shatter, but would break into large chunks instead. There was no taste/smell noted.

Pyrex is also rated as a 10 on the safety scale since it is not porous and fully sterilizable. It is super easy to clean and it feels cool to the touch when just left sitting or in storage which I find to be a good thing. The one thing to note is that things happen and chips/cracks are possible with glass. Before inserting any glass toy it is best to ensure that there are no flaws that could potentially cause an injury. I will also add that there is no flexibility, though I feel silly typing this, but just in case now you know. Duh.

That being said, when my Blue Swirl arrived it was completely flawless and remains that way and each raised blue ridge that swirls around the shaft feels AMAZING. The texture is light to moderate and perfect for any texture lover who doesn't need extreme texture and for beginners as well. This is a thoroughly satisfying yet unintimidating dildo. The texture definitely adds to the experience.

I adore everything about the Blue Swirl's design. It is the perfect length. It is long enough to be satisfying, it can touch my cervix but it isn't able to reach far enough to actually hurt my cervix. There are 6 1/4" that are insertable and the entire dildo is approximately 6 3/4" in length. The slightly flared base allows for ease of grip and acts as an excellent handle. The flat flared base also allows the dildo to be stood upright, which is just super convenient. Let's say you are using the dildo and you have to set it down for a minute, well it stands up and doesn't get dirty. Same goes for when you are done, set it down and nothing else gets dirty either.

The girth of this is also perfect for me. My first glass dildo was the Rainbow Bliss, which has a girth of 1 3/8", and I loved it. (still do) However, the texture on that dildo is minimal in comparison. This made for a less stimulating, less filling feeling. The Blue Swirl has the same girth of 1 3/8", but with the more pronounced swirled texture this feels moderately filling, stimulating and downright perfect. The head of this is mushroomed, or shaped somewhat like the head of a penis. The tip is rounded and incredibly smooth which is good, since it could be potentially painful if the tip were to be more blunt. The wide, rounded head is very satisfying when pulled in and out of my vaginal opening. It creates a popping sensation that is incredible and swoon worthy. I compared the widest part of the dildo with the top of a standard small size prescription bottle to show approximate girth.



This isn't exactly what I would call discreet, but who the heck cares. If it is stored in a storage pouch no one would know what it was unless they looked. If someone did stumble upon this I would bet that they would find it to be pretty at very least, if not gorgeous. This is definitely a good looking glass dildo. Beautiful design for sure.

I seriously have no complaints whatsoever about this dildo. It is perfect. The shape and size, and texture just do it for me. It glides incredibly well with very little lube, and the cool temperature of the glass (I like it cool anyway) is orgasmic. The swirls work well for twirling the toy when inserted, rotating it is awesome and so is plain thrusting. I personally love when either my man or I twirl and thrust gently at the same time. That plus a little clit stimulation gets me everytime and I mean everytime without fail.

I have also tried this anally, and I don't typically like anything this large to be inserted anally, however; the smoothness of the glass and how well it glides makes this an easy insert and a pleasure for anal play as well. As mentioned previously there is a flared base, though not a very large flare, so do exercise caution, but I have yet to have an issue using this anally.

This does have a flare but I do not believe it would be large enough of a flare to make this harness compatible. I haven't tried though, as that is not my thing; I just highly doubt that it would work, so if you are intending to use this with a harness, look elsewhere.

I mentioned that glass is easy to care for and it really is. Of all the glass I own however, this one would be the hardest to clean. I have a toothbrush that I use for this. It takes me thirty seconds to a minute of vigorous scrubbing the shaft of the dildo with a toothbrush to feel satisfied that I have cleaned well enough between the swirls. A minute or two to clean a dildo in my book is still easy care.

Glass is compatible with any lube. Water, oil, silicone or hybrid, go ahead and use it. But you likely will not need a whole lot since the smooth glass and minimal lube provide an excellent glide. I use Toko Aroma Formula, which is a quite viscous water based lube and I truly do not need a whole lot, even for anal use.

Glass is also sterilizable. You can wipe this down with a 10% bleach solution. It can be placed in the top rack of your dishwasher. It can be boiled as well, just take care when removing it from the boiling water not to burn yourself or drop your awesome dildo. I have boiled mine after using it anally and I let it cool for a while on a towel and it is fine.

My blue swirl came in a small red drawstring pouch that I use to store it in. The pouch is not padded but does offer some protection.

The was no packaging that the Blue Swirl came in. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and inside of the red drawstring pouch, but I honestly didn't see a need for packaging anyway. Just a waste for this particular toy. And I did not need instruction. Use of this is pretty self explanitory.
