Minivibe Bubbles - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Fun Factory - review by Rossie

I love g-spot toys with lots of texture. The pure silicone Bubbles is exactly the kind of toy I am interested in. The Bubbles is a vibrating dildo with a very pronounced g-spotted head powered by Fun Factory's latest magnetic charging technology.

Material/texture:
The Bubbles body is made of high grade, non-porous, velvety, slightly soft/pliable, and hypo-allergenic Silicone.

Design/Shape/Size:
The construction consists of 4 bubbles stacked one on top of the other and ends with a seamless magnetic click'n'charge rechargeable base. The top bubble's connection to the second bubble is tilted at a 45 degrees angle to achieve the g-spot design. Two control buttons with slightly raised + - signs is located on the fourth and last bubble. The plastic rechargeable base is sealed tightly to the silicone body and is 100% waterproof. Although the product description said the diameter of each bubble is 1 5/8" (circumference 5 1/4"), I differ from that information. According to my measurements, the top bubble is slightly smaller than the other three bubbles by approximately 1/8" in diameter (circumference 4 3/4"). The total length of the toy is 5 1/2" with an insertable length of 3 1/4".

Power Source:
The magnetic plug charger is packed separately from the Bubbles in its own individual box. The toy needs a full charge before initial use. In order for the charging process to go smoothly, I like to place the Bubbles with its' charging base facing the outer edge of a surface that is near a wall socket. Plug charger into the wall socket and attach the magnetic end onto the rechargeable base of the toy. I let the cord dangle in midair so it is free of obstacles, this enables the magnetic charger to adhere onto the rechargeable base without disruption. Please make sure the FUN FACTORY logo on the magnetic plug clicks directly onto the FUN FACTORY logo at the bottom of the rechargeable base. The red LED logo will light up to let you know it is charging. The LED light will diminish when charging is completed. According to the manufacturer, the first charge might take up to 12 hours. The duration of my toys' first complete charge was 5 hours.


Function/Control:
The Bubbles' controls are located on the fourth and last bubble connected to the rechargeable base. Since FUN FACTORY's silicone is quite soft and velvety, I have to press down hard on the (+) sign to get it to start. To find the right speed, I just keep my finger on the (+) sign until I get the desired pulsation. To decelerate, all I need to do is press on the (-) sign. When I turn off the toy, I have to make sure the Bubbles is completely still, the lowest setting is almost unnoticeable. On several occasions, I thought it was already off while the toy was actually running at its lowest speed.

Performance:
The Bubbles is short in length but has quite some girth. I am not a big fan of lubricants so I started off using my natural lube. It is easy to insert the velvety round head and land it right at my g-spot. Turning on the vibrator enhances the wonderful sensation. When I tried to thrust the toy deeper, the problem arises, I cannot get the second ball all the way in. I have to ask for my husband's help to finish the task. My husband was able to push all three balls (the insertable length) into me with the aid of lots of lubricant. While he was thrusting the Bubbles in and out of me, the feeling was not super great, the lower part of my vagina opening felt like it was being abused. I believe the odd layout of the second bubble is the culprit to my problem. Other g-spot toys usually have a neck that is the same width or narrower than the head and body, but on the Bubbles, the neck is bulgier than the other bubbles it connects to. When the second bubble reaches my opening, it gets stuck instead of sliding in smoothly. Rather than struggling to use the Bubbles as a dildo, I have decided to use it for g-spot play only. It is easy to reach a g-spot orgasm with the vibrating Bubbles inside me, adding a finger on my clitoris sends me to seventh heaven! The Bubbles can also be used as a clitoris vibrator, the pulsation and the soft texture of silicone is as good as a specially designed clitoris toy.

Care/Maintenance:
This toy is made of Silicone, it should be store separately from other Silicone toys. Also, please use only water-based lubricants with this vibrator. A good cleaning with antibacterial soap and warm water is sufficient since pure Silicone is non-porous.
