Minivibe Bubbles - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Fun Factory - review by Kittybit

When I saw this vibrator I could not help but think of the song “Tiny Bubbles” who’s lyrics are actually quite fitting. Minivibe Bubbles is a G Spot vibrator by Fun Factory but its use does not stop there. Its four bubbles make pinpointing and stimulating that sweet spot easy! Additionally, I would consider Bubbles an excellent all-around massager (clitoral, vulva, nipples, almost anywhere!). For example, the extreme budges of the blunt bubbles in addition to its hearty vroom makes for a relaxing neck massage. However, I would not recommend that this toy be used analy; the lack of a handle could make this toy very hard to retrieve. Although Bubbles can be considered a petite/discreet vibe length wise, it is very generous girth-wise. Those who have a strong preference for slender vibes, or are not familiar with vibrators, should shy away from Bubbles.

The majority of Bubbles (the four bubbles of the vibrator) is made of pure silicone, while the “handle” is made of a hard but smooth black plastic. Compared to other silicone vibrators, Bubbles surprised me in that it has a firm core but the bubbles are quite plushy and soft, slightly pliable. Overall, its silicone material has a velvety finish and little drag. Due to the fact that Bubbles is composed of four, blunt, and offset silicon “bubbles,” this vibrator has a serious yet forgiving texture. Thrusting Bubbles caused great pleasure and did not bruise/irritate my vagina. Be prepared for the texture.

Minivibe Bubbles is not a realistic vibrator. Its design is whimsical without being over-the-top wacky and nonfunctional. While Bubbles is categorized as a discrete vibrator and doesn’t look like a traditional vibrator, this toy still screams vibrator; what other object would have such an odd shape? Overall Bubbles is a smaller vibrator that would fit in a purse/tote/backpack no problem. Thus, Bubbles is suitable for travel.

Bubbles structure is based on four offset “bubbles” stacked on top of each other with a black plastic handle. The bubbles are ingeniously place to find and place pressure against your G-spot. The girth of this toy is 5 ¼” (1 5/8” diameter) – very generous, and due to it having a blunt end you might need to be aroused or use a lubricant for initial insertion. The product details states that Bubbles is 5 ½” in length with 3 ¼” being insertable. You can reasonably insert more of Bubbles into your vagina but you just won’t be able to access the controls, which are located on the fourth bubble. The toy is lightweight at 9 oz.

The only flaw in the design that I could discern is the lack of the handle; the black plastic nub hardly can be considered a handle and is way too short for ideal maneuvering. I’d suggest that a fifth bubble be added, increasing the overall length of the vibrator and allowing more room for your hand.

Bubbles functions and performs as I expected. This G-Spot vibrator has four vibration strengths (from quite weak to reasonably strong) and three vibration patterns. The downside is that in order to use the vibration patterns Bubbles must be at the highest level of vibration: you cannot have it pulsate lightly. The vibrations were more rumbly than buzzy. However on the lowest vibration setting Bubbles was buzzy and louder than desired; I couldn’t hear it under my comforter but as soon as I removed my comforter you could hear the vibrations. Additionally, Bubbles’s vibrations also are not localized, so if you enjoy stimulating a broader area, this vibrator does just that. I personally enjoyed the second strongest vibration in addition to clitoral stimulation.

You control the vibrations and settings through the Positive and Negative buttons located on the fourth and final bubble. The controls are easy to use but not that convenient; once again added a fifth ball to elongate the vibe would make it easier to control. Hold down Positive for a couple of seconds to unlock the vibe and then press to increase vibration power. Once you crank up the vibrations all the way the Positive sign then can be used to scroll through the three vibration patterns. The Negative button decreases the vibration strength, and then click and hold for about three seconds to turn off and lock the vibrator. The manual tells you to do this before plugging the vibrator in to charge.

Minivibe Bubbles is completely waterproof can be used in the shower or tub. It performed just as well for me submerged in water as dry. In regards to the Click N Charge charger: It can be very finicky. Make sure you charge the vibe on a level surface where is won’t be disturbed. Also, my Bubbles took 10 hours to completely charge for the first time – 4 hours longer than what the manual said it could take.

Minivibe Bubbles is made of silicone and is waterproof so it's easy to clean. Usually I just rinse her off with a gentle soap and warm water or use a toy cleaning fluid. Due to the plastic handle/charging area would not recommend boiling or using the dishwasher. After washing and drying I store Bubbles in a satin drawstring bag (not included) and in a drawer. Due to being silicone and to prevent getting tacky, I store Bubbles alone and do not use a silicon-based lubricant. A water-based lube is the way to go, and is recommend. Fun Factory provides two samples of their toy fluid with Bubbles.

Bubbles comes displayed in a cardboard box with whimsical imagery and a magnetic flag, however unless you open the box extremely carefully it does not constitute a good storage box: it is flimsy. Inside the box was the toy, the manual, written in various different languages, and two samples of Toy Fluid.


This lubricant is a water-based, made by Fun Factory, and safe to use with silicon toys. I found that a little went a long way so use sparingly. The fluid was slick but not tacky and lasted during play time; I didn't need to reapply. After playing the lube washed off of Bubbles well with a little soap and warm water. Messy me, I spilt a little lube on my sheets and a day later you can see a wet mark (it also feels wet) but I have a feeling that it will wash out. I'll update my review after I wash my sheets.

In a separate box was the Click N Charge charger.

I’d highly recommend that you view the 1:1 actual product size before purchase. This vibe is more expensive and it would be a shame if you purchased it and can handle the girth. Also make sure you are fully aroused or lubed up before insertion.

Minivibes Bubbles is my first experience with a G-Spot vibrator. (I have Liv by Lelo but don't personally consider that a G-Spot one) I have to admit that when first opening the box I was intimidated by the girth as Bubbles is my 'largest' toy. I did at first have a bit of trouble getting past the second bubble, but that is when the Toy Fluid became helpful and after warming myself up that nervousness faded. After the first insertion I had no trouble thrusting and in no time I was in my own world. I've personally never have had solely strong a G-Spot orgasm but with this toy I had a 'mini' G-Spot orgasm blended with a clitoral one. This toy has made me want to continue exploring G-Spot toys.
