These are a great set of eggs for beginners, that are not used to clinching their kegals. Their large size makes them easy to keep in.

Use

This kegel exerciser is perfect for beginners. You can easily insert the eggs, and they are large enough to hold in with little to no kegel-clenching effort. The balls are strung together and have a silicone string for ease of removal. They also are a good weight.

Material / Texture

The balls are a hard plastic and they each have a strip of silicone in them, with a silicone connector, and silicone string.

Design / Shape / Size

The design, overall, was good. The removal string is a bit long and non-flexible which is fine in standard clothing, however, may be an issue in a swim suit. The balls are a nice size, and while they are a nice weight, they are not as heavy as I would like. The size makes them easy to keep in with little effort.

Performance

These do not exercise my kegals well, because there is little urge to flex when they are in. I barely feel them, because they are not very heavy, and I don't feel like they are going to come out if I don't flex.

There is little maintenance required with these balls. They are non-porous, and easy to clean with simple soap and water.
