The new kegal exerciser from California Exotics is amazing! I love the weighted balls and the way they knock around and remind me to "tighten up". I got the Pleasure Balls in a beautiful plastic package. The balls had no smell or taste to them at all. These "balls" are uniquely shaped like eggs and connected by hygienically superior silicone. The pleasure balls themselves are made of ABS plastic. The balls have small raised ridges on the outer edge, I could not feel them at all once inserted though. The whole system is very easy to clean with soap and water. It can easily be disinfected with 10% bleach and water. You will need to clean them both before and after using them due to where they are going in the body. This system could be shared between female partners due to the materials involved. This system is compatible with water-based lubrication. Silicone lubrication is not recommended since it seems to make the silicone smell funny. (This is not a place you wanna have an odor problem!)

The entire system is 8" long. The balls are each about 2" long and 1 1/2" in diameter, with about 1/2" of silicone holding them together. The retrieval cord is almost 5" in length and has a rounded end for comfort. The retrieval cord is also made of silicone. I liked that the retrieval cord is a bit thicker and had no give when I pulled it, I would hate to have to "fish" the balls out. The cord nestled comfortably in my labia while I used the pleasure system and was hardly noticeable. The balls weigh 2.25 oz. The little bit of weight makes the whole system very comfortable when inserted, The balls have balls within them and you can hear them and feel them when you shake the balls in your hand. What it does, when it is inserted, is to give small vibrations. The vibrations are so slight, I hardly noticed them. I did notice the urge to tighten up more. I think these balls would work for any woman who would like a little reminder to do kegals exercises, although they made seem too big for some. I liked the feeling of fullness along with the reminder to do kegals. The combination made this system superior to others I have tried. This system is very deluxe and I would highly recommend it! The sound of the balls rattling will not be heard outside of the body once it is inserted. I tested this system thoroughly and I did not hear any noise when it was in place. This toy can also be used during clitoral stimulation. It adds a little fullness during clitoral stimulation, it was just the right amount of stimulation to send me over the edge.

I did not, and would not, try to use this system anally. Most people with vaginal exercisers take them out before using the bathroom. I hold the string to the side, just like with a tampon, and I have not had them slip out. You will definitely want to remove them before having a bowel movement, the relaxing of muscle will send them straight out and into the toilet, ewwwe! It does have a retrieval cord but that is not what the toy is recommended for. I liked this system better than the SinFive Emigi and the Teneo Smartballs. The Emigi seemed too long and the cord was uncomfortable and the Smartballs didn't have enough vibrations for me. This is my system of choice for kegal exercises. I wear them to work and in the car, they are fabulous when the road is bumpy! I am constantly reminded that they are there and my body tells me it is pleasant in the way of plenty of lubrication. I highly recommend this system and I use it often!

Kegal exercisers are the perfect way to improve your sex life. I use these balls often since I have had 4 children naturally. They are the perfect item to improve my kegal muscle tone. Good kegal muscle tone decreases risks of uterine complications and helps with bladder tone, not to mention improves sex. A tighter vagina means more pleasure for him and a faster orgasm rate for you!

I love these Kegel exercisers. I use them about once a week or whenever I am feeling like it. I have taken them on walks around my neighborhood and to trips to the store, they do their job and clean up very nicely. I do wish they had come with a storage pouch. They don't collect lint and dust and I always clean them before and after use, but something to keep them in would have been nice.
