This was my first experience with a kegal exerciser, and I must say that it wont be my last! The "balls," as I call them, were easy to insert with a bit of lube and gave a nice vibration when I walked. They are very discreet, and no one would ever know you were wearing them. You can use them to remind you to do your kegal exercises and squeeze your muscles around them, or let them work on their own. Cleanup is a snap. Just use warm soap and water or toy cleaner and let dry. The design of the toy also doesn't have any seams for germs or bacteria to easily hide in.

The balls themselves are made of plastic with molded silicone attached, and the retrieval cord is silicone as well. The cord made retrieval easy and also gave me extra confidence that they wouldn't get "lost" after wearing them. Inside of the plastic, there are small weighted balls that cause a slight vibration every so often that signals your muscles to tighten up. The vibrations almost feel like that of a cell phone...except they are between your legs instead of in your pocket! They are easy to use, as you just insert them, and then go about your daily business as usual. The more active you are, the better they are supposed to work. I haven't experienced better orgasms or anything like that after using them about a week, but I will continue to use them to "keep in shape."

This system is great for beginners like myself, but I'm sure pros would love it as well. All and all, it was a great experience, and I'm glad I bought this toy. Even though it's marketed as a "pleasure system," don't look for any orgasms while using it. It may improve your orgasm intensity and quality with repeated use. If you're looking for an easy to use, affordable kegal exerciser, give this a try. I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

Still a great toy and I love wearing it when I go out to do my errands. No one ever knows.
