We-Vibe... basically, any clitoral vibe they come out with, I will invariably buy. The Touch, like Salsa and Tango, is a small, discreet vibe designed with clitoral stimulation in mind. It can also stimulate other external areas such as the nipples, perineum, or genitals. The Touch is also small enough to fit between partners during some positions.

The Touch is also a great choice for those who need a discreet toy. The Touch is discreet in terms of sound. It is also fully waterproof and can be used in a shower or bath. Couple it with it's little drawstring bag, and no one will no you're taking this gem to the shower. The touch is a great choice for those in dorm or group living.

The Touch is beginner friendly, but is also awesome enough to please more avid toy collectors. It has strength, sleekness, and patterns to please.

The Touch is different from Salsa and Tango in that it's made of Silicone, not primarily plastic. Silicone rates a 10 out of 10 on the safety scale. Silicone is non porous and hypoallergenic. There is a slight smell to the toy, but you have to put your nose to it to detect it. The silicone feels more rubbery than some other, velvety silicones. The silicone has a bit of a residue on it (you can feel it on your hands). This goes away in a couple of washes.

The Touch is smooth, but the silicone has some drag. For an effortless glide, you can add a bit of water based lubricant. There is a very obvious seams that runs all around the toy. You can feel it a bit at the tip, but it's not unpleasant. It just looks a little messy.

The texture for this toy is beginner friendly. The touch has a rigid body but the tip has some give. The silicone coating has a bit of cushion and you can squish it a bit (it's not hard like plastic), but the toy itself is overall unyielding. It will stay where you direct it.

The shape of the Touch is cute. It has a bowled tip. The bowled shape can give you more broad stimulation and let you "capture" the clitoris. The tip does come to a rounded point, which also gives the option for more pin-point stimulation. The Touch is 3.75 inches long. It's long enough to have enough to hold on to comfortably.

In terms of size, the Touch is beginner friendly, especially since it is designed as an external toy. It is also larger than its sister toys, especially in terms of weight. This little guy has a healthy weight to him. It's heavy enough that it feels like a great quality, but not heavy enough that it will tire your hand. The shape of the Touch is ergonomic.



The Touch is easy to travel with. We-Vibe toys tend to come with a white, drawstring pouch, and the Touch is no exception. The charger and toy will both fit in easily. The Touch is also quiet, clocking in at 2 Bees on even its highest settings. If you throw a blanket over, you won't be heard beyond a closed door. If you have white noise going, like a fan or air conditioner, you can even get away with using this in the same bed as your partner!

The Touch has the same button as the Tango and Salsa. The bottom of the toy is both the magnetic charger and the one button. The push button at the base serves to turn the toy ON, OFF, and cycle through its vibration settings. The Touch has a total of 8 Vibration settings: 3 Standard Vibrations and 5 Patterns:

1. Low Vibration: 3 Vrooms
2. Medium Vibration: 3-4 Vrooms
3. Medium-High Vibration: 4 Vrooms
4. High Vibration: 5 Vrooms
5. Slower pulses, than faster ones, repeat: 3-4 Vrooms
6. Decelerates, then Accelerates: 2-4 Vrooms
7. Fast Pulses: 4 Vrooms
8. Two long pulses, then three short pulses: 3-4 Vrooms

Hold the button for a couple of seconds to turn it off. The Touch has a memory, so it will resume on the setting you last had it on. It has a max strength of about 5 Vrooms. It is definitely rumbly and travels. I know people tend to use the Hitachi Wand as 5 Vrooms, but I say that thing is 7 Vrooms. As a small, clitoral toy, I happily give the Touch 5 Vrooms. Only those who need something as strong as the Hitachi Wand may not like this toy.

Because it has a magnetic charger, the Touch is waterproof and easily, safely submersible. It has 2 parts to its charger: the wall outlet a piece that attaches to the wall outlet and has nodes for the base of the toy. It is easy to use and charge: just match up the nodes. It takes about 1-2 hours for the toy to fully charge.

Care for the Touch is pretty easy. It can be wiped down with a wet wipe or washed with soap and water. Just take care to clean around the seam because debris can collect there. Being silicone, you can expect this one to collect lint! It's best to keep it in its pouch when it is dry.

Only water based lubricants should be used with the Touch.

The Touch came in the same Packaging as the Salsa and Tango. It comes in a rectangular-like cardboard box. It is obvious it's a sex toy, but there are no naked people on the box. Lift the top off and you'll see the toy on one side of the box, and a smaller box with the charger and white pouch inside. It also comes with an instruction book in a few languages with details for care and charging.

This is a great gift option, but I would recommend Salsa and Tango before the Touch (still a good toy though). The white, drawstring pouch it comes with is great for long-term storage.

Ah... my list of clitoral vibes is certainly growing. So how do they all rank together? I'll list off the clitoral vibes I own that are: rechargeable, small, do not have specific handles/wands, and are waterproof. If you're looking for a clitoral vibe with these qualities, I would recommend them as follows:

3. MiMi OR Touch
4. Bliss Massager
5. bCurious
6. Muse

I think Salsa and Tango are the strongest, most versatile vibes that hold charge and are a good value. I can find no faults with the Tango or Salsa than perhaps being too thin for some hands to handle. I place MiMi on the same bracket as the Touch. Touch is stronger, but its silicone is not nearly as luxurious. MiMi, however, does not hold a charge nearly as well and the Touch has that unseemly seam (HA! A pun!). Honestly, I'd recommend any of those.

The others, like NS Novelties' Bliss or Muse are just not there yet and are clunky in terms of ergonomics and ease of use. They both also have resealable ports, which make me more paranoid and are less secure than magnetic chargers. And bCurious is a cute idea, but will only please certain anatomies and has a learning curve.
