There are 2 ways I suggest to warm the sleeve. I usually warm up some water, either from the faucet as hot as possible or place some water in a microwavable bowl and warm in the microwave. To be sure the water is not above 105 degrees F, test a few drops on the inside of your wrist, like we old timers did for our baby's bottles way back when (my oldest is 41, so you can trust me on this!).
