EOS Everyday Hand Lotion is good for everyday use when you're on the go. It's not too greasy, the scent is very light, and it only takes a drop to make your hands extremely soft. This isn't a hand treatment by any means, just something to keep in your purse or pocket when you're out and about.
A very slight greasy feeling It doesn't last as long as I would like it to

I will never forget my grandmother telling me you can always tell the age of someone by looking at their hands and that while make-up and plastic surgery could hide age on the face, the hands are not so lucky and can reveal your true age. Ever since then, I’ve always made sure to take extra care of my skin and my hands especially. With that being said, hand lotion is extremely important to me. I’m always looking for something that is light, on-the-go, moisturizing, and doesn’t leave behind a greasy feeling. While it does meet all of those requirements, it’s not the MOST effective. I really like this hand lotion but I don’t love it.
EOS Everyday Hand Lotion is a 97% all natural hand lotion infused with moisturizing shea butter, oat extract, antioxidants and vitamins C and E. It is Dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, paraben free, phthalate free, lanolin free, dye free, and most importantly cruelty free. While it does say it is safe for all skin types and made of 97% natural ingredients, it does contain glycerin, fragrance, and other ingredients that might not be safe for those who have extremely sensitive skin or skin conditions like eczema. I would suggest going over the ingredients and also doing a spot test before applying all over your hands.
This is a great, on-the-go hand lotion that comes is a slim, pebble shaped, pocket size container that is great for throwing in your purse. It’s also perfect for those who do not carry a purse. The lid stays on very well and can actually be a little difficult to open at first. Either way, you don’t have to worry about it leaking. You get 1.5 fl. oz. of product that is the perfect amount of lotion to take with you on a daily basis. One container lasts me almost 3 months and I use it about 5 days a week, two times a day. While the packaging is cute and portable, I find it to be just a little wasteful. It’s almost impossible to get the last bit of lotion out of the container.
The lotion itself is lightweight and thin with a slight watery consistency. It’s not a thick, heavy duty formula but it works well as a daily hand lotion. It absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves a nice, hydrated, satin finish that I love. While it does make my hands really soft and smooth, I feel as though it leaves behind a slight greasy feeling. It isn’t amazing when it comes to moisturizing, but it’s a nice, light hand cream. I don’t really like my hand lotions to be heavy, so for me that is a good thing. The only down side about this hand lotion is that it doesn't last long and once you wash it off your hands don't feel soft anymore.
The scent I chose was Cucumber Melon. I’m not really a fan of cucumber melon scented products, so I should have known I would not be too crazy about the scent that I chose. The smell was just like most cucumber melon scented products that you would find at Bath and Body Works but it really isn't too overwhelming. It does gently linger but nothing overpowering at all. If you like the smell of cucumber melon products you’re going to love the scent of this hand lotion. The cucumber melon scent doesn’t really pair well with my fragrance so the next time I get this hand lotion I think I will go with the unscented version.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it5 months after original review
Even though I got really tired of the cucumber melon smell very quickly, I still think this is a good everyday hand lotion. There is no greasy residue left over, and you don't feel like you have to wash your hands after applying this product. I would definitely recommend this lotion to ladies who need a lotion they can conveniently throw in their purse.
