The Form 4 is a compact vibrator perfect for clitoral stimulation, and anywhere else that vibration feels good. Its versatile size makes it suitable for couples. Its multiple settings can vary vibration pattern and intensity. The settings are easy to use and range from mild to intense. Its range can accommodate sensitive people, newbies and veterans. It is waterproof and rechargeable, so you can take it just about anywhere.

Like the other "Form" series vibrators, it is silicone. Smooth, soft, and slightly pliable. There is slight give to the "neck" of the shape that allows it to bend slightly, making it very comfortable to use.

The design is excellent, as one expects from Jimmyjane. It is rechargeable and comes with a discreet charging dock. There are also locking features making it extra safe for travel, though I haven't found them necessary.

The Form 4 is waterproof, which is great. Safe for use in the shower or bath, etc. The controls are simple; a plus and minus sign for intensity and another button to cycle through the four vibration patterns. It holds its charge for quite a while and it's nice not to have to deal with batteries. The sound is somewhat discreet, not inaudible but also not disruptive.

The Form 4 is extremely easy to care for. You can keep it in its charging base when not in use, and because it's silicone, all you need to do to clean it is wash it in soap and water. I recommend a water-based lube if necessary.

The packaging is compact and visually pleasing. It comes with a booklet with lots of information on care, cleaning and use.
