My favorite part about this toy is the option to use both sides. Speaking as a male, I recommend this toy for males both inexperienced and experienced with anal play already. As my title suggests, this toy is particularly great for prostate milking or producing cum through anal play.

I usually warm up with external massage using the smaller end, and the larger end offers a great grip. Massaging the perineum and exterior of the anus helps me relax and prepares me to begin using the toy. After a bit of external massage, my anus will start pulsating, which signals me that I'm ready for entry with the smaller end facing up. Once slowly inserted, the weight of the device naturally presses right into my prostate for an amazing sensation. Compared to vibrating or hands-free toys, there is something special about manipulating the toy myself.

Once you are experienced with anal toys and warmed up in-session with the smaller side, the larger side offers a wonderful girthier sensation and applies much more pressure to the prostate. In a sitting position, I grip the smaller side and press up and down to create a rocking movement for the best results. Personally I sometimes like to go with an in-and-out movement instead, but in order to achieve the prostate milking effect, the pumping up and down is most pleasurable and effective. I also caution against being overzealous because it is quite a heavy and large toy, and it could possibly cause pain and bruising if it's dropped or forced too hard.

The metal is very smooth and has a heavy weight to it. It feels heavy in hand and feels heavy inside the body too. The smoothness of the object is perfect, no seams or anything like that. The metal also retains heat well, so I like to let it sit in warm water for a few minutes before use in order to warm it up. Conversely, if you're interested in a cold sensation, then it suits that well too.

It does not have a smell and tastes like metal.

To reiterate about the weight, I would not recommend it as a first toy for anal play. It would be useful to have some experience using other hand-held anal toys to have an idea already of what is comfortable to manipulate for anal play. Getting this toy with that knowledge already will help to use the weight of this toy to your advantage, rather than having to struggle with getting it to work because of how heavy it is. For example, if you're using it facing up and drop it (or it slips out of your hand), it could be quite uncomfortable depending on your position.

The design is amazing. The shape is perfect for direct contact with the prostate (I'm 6'4", but I imagine the shape would accommodate prostate stimulation for anyone, any size). The different size on each end is a wonderful way to warm up then go hard. The smaller size is still pleasurable and comparable to many entry-level anal toys for beginners. Then, the larger end adds an amazing sensation to the session, both pressing against the prostate and offering a filling feeling. The contour and curve of the device make it quite comfortable to sit in place and manipulate with a hand too. I would not describe this toy as discreet. It is large, heavy, and made out of metal. However, it can be used silently if that is a concern (although I struggle to stifle my own pleasure noises from using it!).

After applying lubrication to myself (I prefer coconut oil), I lubricate the toy. Then I massage the exterior perineum to activate my prostate. I also massage my anus to prepare for entry. The grip is very useful and helps this toy perform very well. Inserting each side offers a different experience, and varying the movement of the toy offers a wide variety of sensations. Getting creative, there are even hands-free ways to use this toy with caution. For example, on hands and knees, it's possible to achieve stimulation with the toy inserted and slowly rocking your body forward and backward to let the weight of the toy rock itself.

Again, I would not recommend this as a beginner's entry-level toy; I think it would be difficult to figure out prostate stimulation with this toy if you haven't tried something a little more straightforward before (like a simple prostate massager).

Very easy to care for. The smooth metal makes it easy to clean, and there is not much maintenance needed at all. I simply use soap and warm water. The metal stays cold when it is dormant, so I guess it could be considered maintenance to warm the toy up in warm water before using the toy. As with any anal toy involving insertion, proper anal hygiene must be performed before using this toy. When I bought it, the toy came with a nice fitted box to store the toy in.
