Boys:
I like using mine while masturbating or while having sex with my girlfriend. It provides a full feeling because of the thick bulb tip, but it doesn't have a gradual insertion. Instead you just pop the pacifier inside of you. It can be worn an extended period of time, but be careful because the lubricant will dry and you will have a difficult time removing it unless you reapply lubricant along the base.

Girls:
My girlfriend loves wearing her pacifier during sex. I like having the feeling like she is being double teamed without having to have another guy present.

Also, because this material is non-porous, we can share this pacifier. Unfortunately, she made me get my own!

Material:
This is made out of 100% silicone which is soft. It has a slight drag across the material and it is very flexible. Almost a little too flexible for an anal toy.

Texture:
There is a bulb tip, which is a little difficult to insert because it is extremely firm, almost a little too firm when compared to the flimsy base.

Design:
It is designed to look like a pacifier, but the tip to me looks more like a flower bud. It could use a little more work up to the thick bud, but I guess that is why they call it advanced. I actually like how whimsical this design is; it isn't too cutesy for a guy, or too serious to be boring.

Shape:
This toy is shaped so that there will be a retrieval ring to pull the toy out of you. I find that there is really a flexible feel to the ring, which almost makes me feel insecure about using it. I don't think it would break, but it doesn't make me feel reassured.

I love that this toy is silicone, it makes caring for it very easy. However, I wish the retrieval ring was more firm. Having such a firm tip and then making the retrieval ring flexible, wasn't the way to make this toy one of my favorites. Actually, I even think this pacifier is a bit small to even qualify as an advanced pacifier. It should be bigger!

Caring for your Love Pacifier is really simple. This is 100% silicone so you are able to boil it, or throw it in the dishwasher, bleach it, or you could even wash it with toy cleaner, or soap and water.

This is silicone, so no silicone lubricants, but you can use water based lubricant or oil based lubricants.

Store in a secure area like a plastic bag, because this plug is a lint magnet.

This toy came in a box that would be perfect for you to store it in! I wouldn't recommend it as a gift box, because it looks pretty cheesy.
