The big end - butt plug discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Screen Door

The Big End butt plug is an amazing plug manufactured by Doc Johnson! The Big End is available in two colors, Grey and Purple. I bought the plug is grey and was happily surprised when I opened the package and got a good look at the plug. The color was very rich and was sparkly, I was very glad that the sparkles were very subdued and not overdone making it too "girly," which is a definite pet peeve of mine. The texture of the plug was very smooth, and is made of silicone. I spent a good few minutes just rubbing my new plug because it was so soft and beautiful! A few more great features to the plug are the plug are: hypoallergenic, latex free, non-porous, and phthalate free!


I bought The Big End plug as my first real plug and was very pleased! The Big End has an insertable length of 4 3/4", with a circumference of 5 1/2", and the diameter of the plug is 1 3/4". The plug features a nice bendable neck with a diameter of 3/4". Inserting the plug I had no problems, and the neck proved to be a great addition allowing your body to just almost absorb the full plug leaving a nice "full" feeling. The plug is surprisingly big, at least bigger than I expected as a first time plug; luckily it is tapered which allows for a nice warming up period, allowing you to let your body adjust to the plug. The plug works nicely with lube, but since it is a silicone product, do not use a silicone lube with the plug-- water based lube is the way to go!


Cleaning up the plug is very easy, running through the dishwasher I found to be my method of choice. If using the dishwasher is not for you, hot water and soap is another great alternative! One problem with the plug and cleaning is that it is slightly sticky and can pick up hair and other materials, so always give the plug a check over after washing.


For storage, the plug is great. The Big End does not take up a lot of space, and I find my bedside table/drawer works as a great storing space. The neck allows the plug to stand upright if wanted. Like I mentioned earlier, the plug is very susceptible to picking up hair or other fine materials that you do not want inside you, so make sure the area you store the plug is clean and to always clean before usage!
