The Big End is a silicone plug for anal stimulation. It is the medium-version of Doc John's series of anal these flexible plugs. It has a smaller counterpart, the Li'l End, as well as a larger counterpart, the Super Big End. Both are linked at the bottom of this review for reference.

This plug can be worn before intercourse or masturbation to increase arousal, during sexual activity for additional stimulation, or for long-term wear during every-day activities.

The Big End, just as it's 'Li'l' counterpart, is made of silicone. Silicone is a ten on the safety scale, as it is non-porous, phthalates free, and can be sanitized. It is very important when looking for an anal toy that the material has the highest possible safety rating, like silicone.

This toy is one seamless piece, unlike others that are two parts connected at the base. Having the one-piece makes me feel a lot more comfortable about wearing this than others that have two.

The silicone has a skin-like smooth texture to it and is very flexible. The base is also flexible which is good for long-term wear, if you chose to do so. The silicone does have a slight odor out of the packaging, but eventually goes away with washing over time.

This anal plug has a classic taper style to it. There is a tapered end that gets slightly bigger as it is inserted, then a smaller neck to keep it in place, followed by a large base for safety precautions so this toy does not get lost inside the body.

Compared to the Li'l End, it is quite larger. If you are still adjusting to that one, I would give it some time before going up. However, if you are more experienced with anal play, this plug may be more suitable for you. More experienced anal toy users will find this to be much more pleasurable than the smaller version of this.

The Big End is very comfortable because it is so flexible and smooth. It is suitable for long-term wear because of this as opposed to some glass plugs which may be uncomfortable to wear for longer periods of time.

This toy does have a flared base, as all anal toys should, so you would be able to use this with a harness if you had the correct size o-ring.

I would advise that you wash this toy before each use as well as after. You may use soap and water, a toy spray, toy wipe, or put it in the dishwasher's top shelf. Be sure to store it somewhere clean and safe after it has dried so it won't pick up dust, dirt, or lint. Because of the toy's shape, cleaning is very easy. There are no textured areas that making cleaning difficult.

If you are going to sure this toy you need a condom during this. This toy is not suggested for sharing with a partner or with multiple partners as anal toys carry a high safety risk of spreading STDs or bacteria. Always make sure your toys are clean and stored properly.

I do use the original packaging for storage, just because I don't have anything else. Because of the material, I'd make sure you have something clean to store this in, because it does pick up lint and dust easily. A zip-lock back might even do if you need something cheap and don't want to use the packaging.
