I bought this as one of my first silicone dildos, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed in the slightest. I had read previous reviews on various websites of the overall performance of this toy, and it certainly wasn't a disappointment. The girth might be big for some people (1-1/2" in diameter), but if you're not a beginner this toy is well worth the money. The Vamp is the perfect dildo for strapping on and having roleplay fun, or using between partners, and even those solo nights. It's pale skin is for those of you who like to live a night of immortality. Speaking of immortality, all Tantus toys have a lifetime warranty, for those of you who like it rough.

The best thing for me about silicone dildos is that they have zero taste or smell to them, unless of course you want to spice it up on those nights of oral fantasies and add a bit of flavored lubricant into the mix. The Vamp is a relatively firm silicone dildo, and if you're looking for something like Vixskin, then this obviously isn't the dildo for you. It has a bit of a squishy feel to the head, but it doesn't too much. The material is very bendable and bends with ease from my experience. With that said, the texture of this dildo is relatively smooth, but I recommend using lubricant to ease in insertion vaginally. The Vamp is made to look realistic and has veins scattered over the shaft. The veins don't have much texture, so those of you who aren't fans of texture don't have to worry about that. With that said, it didn't add any stimulation for me. This dildo is NOT for beginners.

It also could be painful for some, as with each thrust the head creates a sort of a 'pop' in and out. This dildo was the perfect size for me at 6-1/4 inches of insertable length, and it was very filling. The Vamp has the perfect design for those of you looking for a dildo for harness play/couples/solo as it has a thick base that is perfect for a harness. This toy is anything but discreet, as it is made to look realistic, so if you're wanting to travel with it, you might want to make sure it's discreetly packed.

There are several features the Vamp has to offer, the top of course being that it's made of silicone, so that it's hygenic, phthalate free, boilable, bleachable, and can even be put in the top rack of the dishwasher. The second feature, which I have already pointed out, is the pronounced ridge on the head that provides excellent g-spot stimulation. This dildo is harness compatible, so there's no suction cup, but even though it doesn't have one, it's still a great toy. This toy was very filling, and it took some water-based lubricant to help in insertion. Always use water-based lube for silicone, do NOT use silicone-based.

The Vamp is top rack dishwasher safe, boilable, bleachable in a 10% solution, and completely hygienic. You can also use toy cleaner, but I've simply washed it with soap and warm water. I make sure to keep it in the packaging it came in, which was a clamshell insert inside of the clear plastic box.

The Vamp came inside of a clear plastic box with details of the toy and its company written on the outside. It was easy to open and when opened it had a slide out clamshell casing molded especially for the shape of the toy. Because the package is see-through, it isn't discreet at all, and you may want to store it somewhere else if you intend on "hiding" it from prying eyes.

For this being my first silicone toy, I had an amazing experience with it. It was perfectly shaped, filling, and kept me wanting more. This is definitely the first toy I grab when I'm in the mood.
