Pretty pale plaything that won't suck the life out of you!

The Vamp is a slightly shimmery, pale high quality silicone dildo that is inspired by the vampires in the Twilight series. Regardless of how you feel about the books and movies, this toy is still a beautiful and inexpensive addition to anyone's toy chest. The size of this toy may be a bit big to some beginners, but the tapered head makes The Vamp an easy to warm up to dildo.

Tantus really did a smashing job with The Vamp! The silicone is very firm and has no odor or taste. The overall material texture is smooth and slightly slick, which is good if more matte textured toys tend to drag for you.

If textures are normally a problem for you, then you may find yourself enjoying The Vamp's lightly veined shaft more than some other toys. Below is a comparison between The Vamp and Mr. Softee. This toy is nowhere nearly as veined s Mr. Softee which may be good for some as it is considerably stiffer.



I tend to prefer more texturing in my toys, but the head more than makes up for the tame shaft!

Penetration is where I get my biggest thrills, and The Vamp's head makes for a great experience for me! It's slightly tapered for easy insertion, but has a nice pop going in and out. The raised corona of the glans feels wonderful inside me, and it presses up against my G-spot nicely.

The shaft is only lightly veined, which is a bit of a minus for me, but the firmness of the toy acts as a stimulant itself. Being a glass lover, I prefer my silicone toys be on the firmer side and The Vamp does not disappoint there.



While not huge, this toy still might take some warm up before some can take it on. The aforementioned head should make for an easier penetration than Mr. Softee, but it is still a nicely filling toy.

Besides being deliciously firm with a head that hits all the right spots, The Vamp is also harness compatible. I don't have one to try it out unfortunately, but the base is set up to allow for it and the shaft even tapers down a bit as to make for a good fit.



However the base allows for more than just harness play! It allows you to hold on easier when thrusting, gives you a way to ride the toy, and also makes it safe for solo anal play. It's stable when standing on its own and doesn't tip over easily.

With the toy being a bit on the slicker side it can be pretty slippery when lubed up. Be sure to keep a tight grip on it!

Silicone is easy to take care of and is body safe. If you're using this solo and not alternating between vaginal and anal, then soap with warm water will clean it up nicely. However, if you plan on switching orifices or sharing with a partner, then I recommend boiling it for about 5 minutes to sanitize it completely. You can also clean it in the top rack of your dishwasher sans soap.

You do need to take care with lubes though. Use water based lubricants only, as silicone based ones can cause the toy to degrade and become tacky. Also be careful that any cleaners or soaps you use don't contain silicone!

Silicone can attract lint and hairs, so be sure to wash this off before use.

The packaging wasn't discreet. You knew you were getting a silicone shimmer dildo. The good thing about the packaging though is the clamshell insert that housed The Vamp. It is sturdy enough to be used to store the toy. It doesn't seal up, but it does help keep some of the lint off of it.

The Vamp feels so good during penetration! The firm silicone ensures that it won't buckle or bend, and the head is just amazing. The only thing I would change about this is the shaft texture, but then again that's where The Original comes in. Even with the lack of texturing, I still recommend this toy to anyone that craves something a bit firmer in their playthings.
