While this is a product that seems aimed for insertion, I would suggest to anyone who purchases it to try external stimulation first. The nubs that run along the top, when well lubricated, act as a lovely source of external stimulation that feels somewhat like a low setting vibration or lapping tongues if positioned just right. When moving on to insertion, I would suggest going exceptionally slow to begin with for vaginal use. It's glass, after all, and can be quite unforgiving if thrust against the pubic bone or cervix.
For anal play, it's again best used with lots of lube and slow beginnings. Glass toys don't have any give, so it might not be the best toy to start with. Also, the nubs along the top could be a little much for anal play. It can be a bit overwhelming.

A small caution: the way the curved handle/tail end is, you might end up pinching your skin in that point if you let go of the handle. It's nothing too horrifying, but it can be an odd shock.

It's glass, so the texture is very smooth and hard. However the features on it (nubs and ridges) are not too intense, and can feel very smooth when lubricated. I wouldn't suggest it for a beginner due to the ridges and bumps.

The design looks odd, but works very well and can possibly hit the g-spot if angled properly (varies depending on where your g-spot is, of course). The size is smaller than you would think from the pictures, but still seems substantial. It's not perfectly round, but more of an oblong oval shape width-wise which offers an interesting sensation. It could be considered somewhat discreet. People have jokingly said that it looks like a sculpture. If it were posed properly, it very well could look to be.

The best part, in my opinion, is the versatility of its sensations. Both internal and external can be modified just by rotating it to rub along its nubs or ridges to offer very distinct sensations.

The not-so-great part is the "tail" end handle. While it's useful to have something to hold on to, the gap between it can pinch painfully. Not enough to truly hurt someone, but enough to break the mood.

Being a solid glass toy, clean-up is quite easy. You can toss it in the dishwasher, boil it, wash it down with warm water and toy cleaner, etc. The only suggestion I would offer is to use a q-tip to run down the ridge, depending on your toy (since glass can vary), the ridge might be difficult to clean. It is compatible with all lubricants.

Mine arrived in a very lovely box with a foam insert that held the toy. While the box is pretty, it's laden with product information so it does not make an appealing gift box.
