I'll admit that I was a little hesitant about this toy for a while because of the shape. But after a glowing review from a trusted friend, I got my own and was ready to declare my engagement to it about ten minutes after I started using it.

I'll state up front that I can only speak for anal use, but oh how I can speak. I tend to need girthier toys to get any kind of satisfaction and the dimensions on this one did not seem promising. But the heavy texturing more than made up for that -- I have toys that beat this in girth that do not feel nearly as significant when inserted. The textures provide a high level of stimulation; I can easily feel them inside me.

The color and shape in person are frankly gorgeous (taking this into the bath was very nearly distracting, for all the pink shimmering loveliness), and the glass is sturdy and heavy in your hand. I'll often find myself just holding it for a while before using it, just loving the way it feels. The hook at the end makes for a fantastic handle, and it's perfectly easy to clean, just soap and hot water.

It's worth noting, because of the way this design is made, that it can definitely vary slightly in both shape and color from toy to toy. I have seen and held two in person, and there were small but noticeable differences, particularly in the very tip (one was a little smoother and more rounded than the other). The vital parts were the same, but like with any glass toy, it's something to be aware of when buying.

The shape and texture are definitely felt, and glass in general makes for an unyielding toy. If you haven't had any experience with glass, I'd recommend starting with a simpler design that is lighter on texturing. If you don't know your sensitivity level to both the material and rigid texturing, you may not get as much enjoyment out of this beauty as you can. But to glass vets and sensation junkies, I cannot recommend this enough. I've had a lot of gems in my toy box over the years, but this is a definite favorite.

Temp play is a personal kink of mine, and glass is obviously great for that. But this toy's shape has provided some fantastic and unique experiences. No toy has ever felt as significant in my ass as this one fresh from the freezer. And when heated up in hot water and slicked with lube, the curved tip feels amazingly close to a tongue.
