Generally, silicone is good to go with a dash of hot water and antibacterial cleanser or a boil, but the nooks and crannies do tend to like to get gunk in them. It's important to give the dildo a good rinse after use because dried crusty things are much harder to remove. The silicone in this one is mildly tacky, but it doesn't seem to grab lint and dust as much as other silicone pieces tend to.

Make sure you store this dildo and any silicone away from sharp objects which can damage the material. No silicone lubes, either. Stick to a water-based one here.

I collect toys and I'm into some rather odd and unique things, so this was bound to end up in my hands and I'm incredibly glad that it did. I don't use it as much as I do my other toys, as it's more of a special occasion piece, but it is greatly appreciated as a collector's item. In fact, some times I do leave it chilling in random locations in my habitat because a dildo is only half of the appeal. It's an incredible work of art aside from that.
