Old Faithful

This is one of those toys that is a jack of all trades. You can use it solo, or with a partner, or two or three! The Feeldoe can be used as a strapless strap-on, or you can have a ton of fun on your own by using the bulb as a handle of sorts. This is a great toy for beginners and experienced players alike.

For beginners, nothing too intimidating in size or texture (at least it wasn't for me). But for all potential users, strong kegels are a must. The insertable bulb is as smooth as the shaft, and makes wearing the Feeldoe quite comfortable. But this toy isn't as light as a feather! So, when first getting used to wearing this toy, don't be surprised if it slips out on occasion. After you build up your muscles a bit more, it becomes MUCH easier to use. It may be used anywhere, even in the shower or tub, but in these instances it would be best to remove the bullet vibe as I not sure that it is waterproof.

The toy is made of pure silicone. It is hypoallergenic and super easy to clean. The only problem area for cleaning might be around the ridges at the base, but even then it really isn't too much of a hassle. Also, note that with the toy being silicone, it tends to attract dust and lint. It isn't a major issue, just remember to give it a quick wipe down before use.

It has no odor that I could detect, and no discernible taste. The insertable portion (both the shaft and bulb) is rigid, but not to the point where it will be uncomfortable. The Feeldoe, while firm, does have some give, so you can hit just the right spot whether you are playing solo or not. The slight ridge at the head is absolutely wonderful. It gives just the right amount of stimulation without being overwhelming, especially for beginners.

If you are having an extended play session, its best to have some non-silicone based lubricant on hand (silicone based lubricants cannot be used on silicone toys). Although the shaft is smooth, it tends to drag after a bit, and nobody wants friction burn.

The overall shape of the Feeldoe is wonderful. It is curved just right, so it makes hitting the g-spot a breeze. With the bulb being smooth and shaped as it is, it makes insertion and wearing the Feeldoe a breeze. It isn't intimidating visually or when it is inside of you. The overall girth is good, especially if you are just starting out exploring the world of toys. It wasn't too big or too small in that regard. The insertable length, at least when playing solo can be a bit much if you aren't experienced. Also, with the firmness of this toy, depending on your chosen position and such, can be a bit uncomfortable. At least, that is my opinion. I tend to favor girth over length, but again, that is my personal preference.

It doesn't have a realistic look per say. It resembles a cock, yes, but the color and lack of detail ensure that if you aren't into realistic toys, you won't be turned off in the slightest. The shade of violet it comes in isn't too dark or light, and at least to me, it looks pretty.

I have taken this toy pretty much everywhere with me at one time or another. It fits well in luggage, so it is not a hassle to take it along with you. I would suggest putting it in your checked luggage though.

For solo performances, it is hands down magnificent. This was the first toy I ever purchased. While I would not necessarily say it is for every beginner out there, if you want a quality toy that will be around for years to come, then don't hesitate with purchasing this one. It lasts forever (I am going on year five with mine) and it serve as a good introductory toy.

It massages the g-spot just right, so as to produce the most wonderful sensations. The slight ridge at the head provides just the right amount of stimulation. And the small amount of flexibility the Feeldoe offers, while I initially thought it wouldn't be enough, turned out to be better than I had previously estimated. I was very happy with the ease of use.

Care for this baby is simple as pie. Due to the high grade silicone it is made out of, there is nothing tricky about cleaning. A little soap and hot water and it is like new again. A 10% bleach solution is also a cleaning option, as well as simply placing the Feeldoe in the top rack of the dishwasher with no soap, or boiling for three minutes.

Water based lubricants are the way to go with this toy. If you use silicone based lubricants you will ruin the toy, so make sure you grab the right bottle when the time comes. The Feeldoe is a bit of a lint and dust magnet. An easy way to keep it relatively dust free, is simply to store it in the box it came in. A quick rinse before use and you are ready to go.

After nearly five years, I have to admit that I no longer have the original box. I just keep mine in a dresser drawer, separate from my other toys. I keep it by its lonesome to prevent any adverse reactions from happening from it being in contact with any other materials. Reactions rarely occur from my experience when silicone has been in contact with other things, but after spending what I did at the time I would rather not take any chances.

This toy comes in a nice clear sided, relatively sturdy box. The only side you can't see the toy from is the back. Instructions for use and care are clear and concise. And the best part is, is that the box can be reused for storage of your new toy.

I call the Feeldoe 'Old Faithful' for a good reason. I have had it for a decent amount of years now, and it is still my go to toy. Even when I think nothing in this world can satisfy that deep dark hunger, I am proven wrong time and time again by this one. It has never ever failed to satisfy me!

I have only had the opportunity to use the Feeldoe for solo play thus far. My luck in the dating arena just hasn't been that great. The first time I used this bad boy was wonderful. I was able to hit all the right spots easily, and it made me see stars multiple times. Inserting the Feeldoe was easy and not rough at all. As a beginner at that point in time, I was very pleased by the ease of use so to speak. And cleaning my new best friend afterward couldn't have been easier!

The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the bullet vibe. First, it isn't too quiet, nor is it like a jackhammer on a sidewalk though. Kind of stuck in between in the noise aspect, which made me weary of using it in my dorm room. Last thing you want is everybody knowing what you are doing in the dark of the night, or in the middle of the day. Second, the vibration factor is pretty weak. I am not one for vibrators really, but it is nice on occasion. I found I was a bit disappointed when it wasn't as strong as I had hoped it would be.

Other than those minor complaints, I was very VERY happily satisfied, and found myself using it more and more often to take away that certain craving that creeps up every so often.
