MiMi - discreet vibrator by Je Joue - review by Kissy

I am pretty new to all the goodies at EdenFantasys, so I wanted to take it slow in the beginning. I heard this vibrator was one of the best for beginners, so I thought I'd give it a try!

The MiMi by Je Joue can be used to stimulate multiple areas of the body including (but not limited to) your clitoris and nipples.

It is a small silicone toy that can fit in between my thumb and pointer finger. It needs to be held in place. It will not stay in place on its own. This is a great toy to please yourself with or have your partner please you with. Alright, it could also be used to please your partner (let's not be completely selfish, right?).

**It is small so it is not recommended or meant for vaginal or anal insertion.**

The feel of the toy is soft and smooth (that's silicone for ya!). It is a very light velvety texture. There is nothing rough about the texture. In my opinion, since it is soft and delicate, it was a nice first toy to experiment with. It's gentle!

The MiMi vibrator is one solid, smooth silicone piece, with no edges. It is easy to glide and move around my body.

Since the MiMi is 100% silicone it is recommended in the user manual to only use water-based lubricants. Also, an added bonus to the MiMi being 100% silicone? It is completely water proof for bath time fun!

Right out of the box, I associated its very light scent with the smell of new tennis shoes. I am not sure exactly what that scent is exactly, but it eventually went away, just like it does with new tennis shoes! (Although the MiMi smells a lot different after use than tennis shoes after use!)

The MiMi has practically no taste. It is just a little rubbery.

This 100% silicone toy is small in size. It fits in the palm of my hand. It is a perfect size to fit nicely in between my vagina lips. The rounded shape is a nice, tender fit. It is very mobile - I can move and rotate the toy with just one hand.

The size is just right. If I was to compare it to an object, it would be a squished egg.

Mimi is very light in weight when I hold it in my hand and when I place it on my skin, it doesn't put a lot of pressure on my sensitive parts when it is just placed there. I am happy it is not a toy that is weighing down on me. It is comfortable.

I chose the ROSE (Available in pink, rose, purple, and black) and love the color! It is a nice dark "Barbie" shade of pink. Although the color is a little flashy, the actual product is discreet - especially if you got it in black. I like the fact that MiMi fits in small places for discreet traveling! I can even fit it in my front jeans pocket!

Charging the MiMi is awesome! It is a magnetic charger. You line the + and - symbols up with the charger. You can tell it is working because it flashes while charging. I love that you plug it in to charge! Very convenient! Hooray for rechargeable, no batteries! It takes about 2 hours to fully charge and lasts for about double that (4 hours), but of course that depends on how high the vibration setting is!

Speaking of vibration settings, that's what it is all about right? Well as a beginner, I found the lower settings were right for me! Man this baby has some power! It has a few setting functions: Pulsating / Rollercoaster / Vibrating. There are 5 levels of vibration and 5 pulse patterns which are changed manually using the +/- buttons on the bottom (the same buttons you attach the charger too). I will let you know, the buttons are a little hard to push down at first. I got the hang of it after awhile.

The higher the setting the louder the vrooooom. I found it to be a medium/average in loudness.

This toy is beyond easy to use, it is just about finding the right settings and placement!

This toy is simple to clean, just run it under warm water and lightly rub it clean with mild soap. You can use the EdenFantasys cleaner or another toy cleaner as well.

This toy can be kept clean if you used the provided box for storage. The box has a lid, to keep the toy from collecting dust or other particles. If you prefer a smaller storage, use a smaller box or a sealed bag or other container to keep the MiMi as clean as possible. None-the-less, it is a good idea to rinse it off before use.

Be aware that this toy should not be used with any lube that is not water-based (no silicone lube).

The MiMi packaging is very nice! It comes in a Je joue box which once opened, reveals yet another box! The inside box has a pretty black ribbon tide in a bow. The box opens from the top. Once inside the box, you'll find the MiMi toy, and instruction manual and the MiMi charger. The box is organized and roomy! I will be storing my MiMi in the original box because I like it so much!
