Mimi is an egg shaped clitoral vibrator, which is best used to lightly tease the clitoris, but is not limited to that purpose. It can also work great as a massager for areas like hands, feet, neck, and face. She has a descent amount of speeds and functions, which are powerful, but if you are looking for something to pin point an area, Mimi just is not it. Mainly because the vibrations are located all over the egg and not more in one area, so nothing pin points the area.

Mimi’s size makes for a great toy to use during intercourse and solo. She is waterproof, so she can be used in the shower or tub. The only issue with using Mimi is that the buttons tend to stick. Otherwise she is great since she is powerful, rechargeable, quiet, and adorable. Mimi can be enjoyed by all levels of users, since there are so many chooses with her.

Mimi is made of silicone, which has a level 10 safety rating. This silicone has that velvety/chalky feel to it that almost makes me cringe. It is really soft with no drag. Silicone is phthalates free, latex free, hypo-allergenic, and non porous. Since it is non porous you might think you could put it in the dish washer, but it has a motor the dish washer is not the proper place to clean Mimi. You can share Mimi with other partners, but you should do an alcohol/bleach solution wash in between users or use a condom, which is for your own safety. There is a slight smell and taste to Mimi, but nothing too strong, in fact you can not even tell what the smell or taste is, since it is so faint. Mimi is texture less, since she is completely smooth, but that makes her a great external vibrator.

Mimi is available in four different colors pink, purple, black, and fuchsia; I purchased pink, which is more of a lavender color. She is shaped like a flat egg. She can not stand up right, so she has to be laid flat when storing. She is 3” long and ¾” thick, circumference/diameter really does not matter with her since she is used externally, but she is 5” in circumference/1.5” in diameter at the largest end. There is a tiny imprint on Mimi that is marked by the JeJoue Company. The largest end at the very bottom is where the buttons are located. There are two one plus sign and one minus sign, for up or down. These buttons do tend to stick, but previous reviewers said it got better with time. The buttons are silver metal with plastic around the. The buttons are also how the charger is attached. It is magnetic and clips right on.

The design is somewhat discreet, if someone saw this they would most likely want to know what it is, so you should store it discreetly. If you are charging it and someone see’s it play it cool and say it is to massage the arches of your feet. The size, functions, and design is beginner friendly, but is also great fro advanced users. She is very ideal for travel unless you need to travel somewhere you have to purchase and adaptor to plug her in. Then she would not be ideal, but her size is suitable to hide in your purse.

Mimi is rechargeable using a magnetic clip, which attaches to the silver metal buttons. Mimi seems to take about an hour to charge for me, but the JeJoue heart blinks red when she is charging and then becomes solid when she is ready. Her life expectancy off that one charge is about 5 uses and 20-30 minutes each for me, but come the fifth use she does tend to weaken. You have 54" of a cord for charging.

The controls for the speeds are located at the largest end of the egg and are two silver buttons, one with plus sign and one with minus sign. To turn her on you just hit the plus sign button and to shut her off just hold down the minus sign, these buttons do stick. She has 10 total speeds and functions:

These vibrations never go any higher than 2 bees; they are so quiet I can use this toy lying next to my sleeping husband. The strength of the vibrations never goes above 4 vrooms, which is still a great power toy. The strongest setting is number 5, which happens to be the only setting I use. The vibrations are located all over the egg, which is not good for those who prefer pin pointed stimulation.

Mimi performs well for me, while I do prefer pin pointed vibrations, I have learned how to use her for my body. She takes time to get use to, so be sure to use her a few times before you dislike her completely. She is great used in conjunction with my VR9, which is a G spot toy. The VR9 proves nice stimulation to the G spot and Mimi just adds to that with clitoral stimulation, which causes a full on G spot O for me and a clitoral O at the same time.

Mimi can be cleaned with soap and water, toy cleaner, alcohol/bleach solution, or toy wipes. Do not boil her or put her in the dish washer since she has a motor, this can and will damage her.

Silicone is only compatible with water based lubes, silicone lubes can be spot tested, but I do not recommend doing that to Mimi. There is no proper place to spot test her.

Mimi can be stored in a purse, toy box, or even in the box she came in. Her size makes her great to be stored anywhere.
